Feb 06,2025Eco Energy was involved in fitting solar panels, battery and heat source pump in our home. Found the service excellent. Guided us though the funding available. Helped with paperwork. Workman were fantastic some of the best we have had. In Particular Kieran and Simon were. excellent. Knew there stuff. Extemely neat and cleared up. Nothing was too much bother. Thomas Harkins was very helpful to talk us through the application process etc. Chris Morran was also helpful. Over all can recommend Eco Energy highly

Feb 04,2025I had a mixed experience with Eco Energy. While the installation team was efficient and professional, there were a few hiccups along the way, such as missing fittings that needed adapting. Communication was good overall, but some aspects of the service felt a bit pushy, and I wasn’t entirely comfortable at first. The final outcome was satisfactory, but there’s room for improvement. Decent company, but not without flaws.

Feb 01,2025Unprofessional roofers , poor quality instalation, insulation and insulation panels damaged by them and after I have reported to Eco Energy they just said sorry about it but they didn't fix the damage. Solar panels stop working properly months ago even one day didn't generate any energy at all. I contacted Eco Energy and I been told they will call me back in 10 minutes, after 2 months I am still waiting for the call back.

Jan 27,2025The work I had them carry out on my property was slightly more compilated as I had 10 panels fitted with a 6/4 spilt. However, work was still easily completed within a day and had it all set up for me including the app on my mobile. The company got in touch a few days later to make sure everything was in order (which it was) and sent out the certificate that I required in a very timely manner. Well worth it, I can already see a reduction in my electric bill. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for solar panels.

Jan 26,2025Incomplete job and they have stopped communicating via email or taking calls. They have damaged my property - carpets, board cut out of my bathroom wall (they cant tell me why), windowsills, one window can't open, missing skirting boards, damaged bathroom light and ceiling with an electric cable running on the ceiling from the installed fan to the light fitting. I don't know what to do. I wish I had never heard of this company.

Dec 17,2024I have received multiple calls a day and several text messages during the last week from this company. Despite me informing them that I am not the person they mentioned in the texts and phone calls they continue to call my number and seem incapable of removing my number from their system. One caller was particularly rude when I asked him to remove my number. If it is a case of mistaken identity or even just a wrong number, it should still be up to the call centre to correct their mistake.

Eco Admin Dept awesome assistance with all the required docs and application details donee professionally Thank u The installation teams for both solar panels and inverter system were super efficient and very professional both doing a fantastic job the assistance and guidance through whole process just awesome. Their in-house engineers, Matthew and Alex, carried out the entire work very professionally, and I can't rate them highly enough. The whole job was carried out in a very professional manner and always very tidy without any issues. I Would recommend ECO_Eng to future clients.

Oct 05,2024A great experience from start to finish. Great communication throughout by every contact. Fitters were fast and efficient, they travelled from the other side of country and were very friendly. They did not have all the fittings and had to adapt accordingly and did a good job.

Jul 29,2024From start to finish I was very impressed. The company representative Nathan was very knowledgeable of the process and the workings of the solar panels, explained the process in easy to understand terms, no hard sell tactics. I took a few days to think about it and when I did decide to proceed I was kept informed of the process every step of the way. The installers arrived at the allocated time, got straight to work, kept minor disruption to a minimum, and tidied up after themselves. The same can be said about the employee who connected the system. I would highly recommend this company if you're thinking of installing solar panels from the office staff to the installers/connectors all very helpful and did what they said they would do, hard to find a company who does what they say and put the customer first.

They have held my hand and guided me through the less than intuitive HES grant application and scheme at all stages. Jul 18,2024Originally i was a bit sceptical as i just filled out some random form to try and get some prices for solar panels. But shortly after the submission i received a call from ECO-Energy, and a sales rep was appointed to attend later that week. I say sales rep but Stuart was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the company and products. Was honest with me, and I felt i could trust what he was saying. I then took a day to think about the proposal, and then promptly paid my deposit. Less than 1 week later my installation took place. Engineers and electrician arrived. Overall took around 4 hours to install panels, inverters and battery. Clean, tidy and efficient. Ran through how the system worked on the app, and I was good to go. All in all a great experience, and happily recommend to others. Ben Joiner

Jun 21,2024Paid a£4k deposit in October. No work carried out or goods supplied. After getting another quote realised I was being ripped off. Asked for e refund which was refused. Abusive when phoning and then they blocked me. Ignored a solicitors letter. Had to get my money back from Visa. Companies house shows the director to have previous dishonesty and fraud.

Feb 15,2025We made an online enquiry about solar panels and Sarah contacted us to organise a visit from Mike, their rep. He talked through everything and answered all our questions. The office were keen to organise a start date, but were happy to postpone while we had roofing work done. The installation week was planned. We only discovered the actual date on the evening before when the electrician contacted us. Cole and William arrived to start installing the panels. Darren and Sean arrived later to do the wiring. We have an old house, with very thick walls, snd the panels were going in two separate parts of the house, one area being on the garage roof. This proved to give Darren quite a few challenges, but he solved them all with patience and determination. It was a pleasure having the Eco. Energy guys in our house. They were pleasant and friendly. I particularly enjoyed Sean's singing and the laughter between the guys as they worked. Due to the nature of our walls, Darren had to cut through the plaster to install some of the wiring. All alternative options were fully discussed and considered before i agreed to this. The other option was plastic trunking, which would have been unsightly, so I was happy to go with having to do some minor decorative repairs. The system appears to be working well. The system used is Growatt. We've contacted their customer service centre through the app and had a question answered promptly. Sarah in the office was lovely when talking about payments. They don't accept cheques, but were happy for me to stagger payments due to transfer limits on my bank account. It's always a worry when employing someone to do a job that costs so much. I am happy with the work that was carried out. I'm not sure about cost comparison as we didn't do much of a comparison in prices from other installers so I can't fully review that. Overall, I would recommend Eco Energy.
