Everything at Egg is straightforward and super clear. From order to install, all communications were simple and well handled. They are a great company and I would highly recommend. I would have given a 5 star rating as I really do rate these guys, but they were slightly let down by their sub-contracted installers who were not well organised or properly prepared for the job which was a shame.

My charger hasn't worked since day of installation 2weeks ago, have been chasing an update since engineer eventually came out and nothing. Not very impressed unfortunately
One word Nessy at the call centre , what a gal she is , nothing to much trouble, she laughs all the time in a good way and gets the customer sorted asap, whoever the boss is your not paying her enough, she is your best asset look after her

Nessy and her colleagues were first class and kept me up to date with my booking in date. The engineer who fitted my home charger spent some time on ensuring that the routing was neat and unobtrusive and I am very happy with the result. I even had a callback after installation to make sure that everything went well. Thank you!
Appointment cancelled on the day of arrival, re booked 20 plus days in advance. Spoke to a manager who confirmed a new booking for tomorrow 12/04/24 now had a phone call to say it won’t be happening. Avoid avoid avoid ! You’ve been warned

*update* Chris the Egg engineer has attended and sorted out the issues. A full reinstall was required with all new kit and cable. It's amazing how the old lot worked for so long. Anyway. Happy now, Chris has restored my faith in Egg slightly, he worked tirelessly for near 5 hours without a break, he carried on until he was happy he had done the best he could 5* for Chris 3* for Egg, only due to the fact the initial install was shoddy. What a crock of S**t. Indra ev charger has not been right since it was installed. I gave up getting engineers out and just worked it off the boost button. Not even a year old and it's packed up working altogether. Indra and Egg support is closed for the weekend, great customer service that is. I now have to wait till Monday to speak to someone, then who knows how long for an engineer to come out. In the meantime I am without a car.
Garbage 'fast' charge. In Tynemouth and had to sit in car waiting. What should have taken 50 minutes took 2 hours and battery was still only on 50%. Cost 40 quid. Rip off and will never use Egg again.
Good quick agile service
From start to finish Egg were great. They called me at every stage to check I was ok, and made sure I knew where to go for help. The service was a lot quicker than expected and we were installed in around a month after some small electrical work needed doing. Follow up calls ensured we were happy.
