Mar 28,2024Egg were very good to deal with. They ensured a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Everyone turned up on time and carried the work out to a good standard. Communication has been excellent and all documentation has been provided. On top of everything, the price is also very fair. Would highly recommend egg if you are looking for an affordable EV charger.

Mar 25,2024Egg were very responsive and helpful. Their regional installers were very quick, both with the isolater switch installation and the charger itself taking two weeks from online survey. The electrician who installed worked in awful weather but still did an extremely neat installation. Indra smart pro working well on initial week of usage and very happy with the support prior to installation.

I contacted them as was moving house and Nessy from Egg stayed with me for weeks, checking in to make sure I’m doing well, told me about things I would never consider. She explained everything to me in advance to make sure I don’t miss anything important. If you need help, Nessy is the person for you. She is an absolute superstar! Thank you Nessy for all your time and patience.

Mar 18,2024The whole install process was straight forward .From filling in the forms to EGG coming to install the unit .From start to finish about 3 weeks which was quick which really surprised me .install was around hour and half and the engineers were great .

Mar 14,2024Outstanding service from Aoife at Egg, the engineer and everyone I’ve had dealings with. Installer was fitted trouble free last year and after reporting a fault they got an engineer out to replace the charger the next day! I will be recommending egg to other friends looking for EV charging most definitely.

And very quickly arranged for the installation company to contact me, so that I got timely service. I strongly recommend Egg ,they are a very excellent company.

Mar 06,2024Charger failed the day after it was installed. Then waited nearly 4 weeks for it to be replaced only to have repeated issues with the replacement. Although Egg customer service is ok they're being let down by a poor product and useless partners.

Mar 06,2024Updated review gine from 5 stars to if it was possible minus 5 Bought the charger for its solar feature, it worked once then started flashing asking to be calibrated and for over y weeks egg say there partners will call ro book in a repair yet every week gey more promises from egg and hear nothing from " partners' . This is a new charger that has not been calibrated but do egg seem to care about the customer, no once they have the money have a nice day see you bye bye, even when you pay the monthly up keep charge they simply do not care and just make excuses all the time

Nessy@Egg has been exceptional and kept me updated on the progress of the purchase including installation and the follow-up after. The installation experience was great too. A round of applause for the support team at Indra who resolved my initial issues promptly. I would highly recommend Egg for EV Charger purchase and installation, do not think it can get better than this.
