May 02,2024Impressed with EGG Cracking Energy! From the initial contact to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Their team deserves a huge shoutout! Trevor from the sales department was fantastic. He clearly explained all the solar panels with battery system options and helped me choose the perfect fit for my needs. There was no pressure, just knowledgeable guidance. Mia, the project coordinator, was another star. She kept me informed every step of the way, making sure everything ran like clockwork. She was always available to answer any questions and ensured the entire installation went seamlessly. But the praise doesn't stop there! The installation team was just as exceptional. The electricians and panel installers were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answered any questions I had patiently. Most importantly, they left the place spotless after themselves, cleaning up any mess and leaving no trace of their presence. It was as if they had never even been there, except for the new panels and battery, of course! Overall, a fantastic experience with EGG Cracking Energy. If you're looking for a hassle-free way to get solar panels with battery installed, look no further!

May 02,2024So purchased an Indra EV charger and had it installed this month. 21hrs later and it doesn’t work. I report it to egg and Indra and within 3 days an engineer arrives and changes the unit. This was on the 24th April. Then today after using it twice I am back to square one with no charger less than a week after it was repaired. Totally shocking

Nessy was excellent and the contractors that carried out the install were friendly, polite and very clean. Darren the contractor lead even changed their schedule to fit with my commitments. Overall 5 star experience.

Apr 27,2024The service from start to finish was amazing. Any queries were responded to by Nessy effectively and efficiently. I had to arrange for some ground works to be completed and Nessy ensured chasers were sent me for updates from my side. As soon as they were complete, they were signed off by Egg and the installer was in touch! The install date was booked in, carried out as advised. Cracking customer service and experience!!

Apr 24,2024Had my EV charger fitted 11/04/24. The installation was meant to be much later, but when I contacted Egg & asked for a sooner date, they reacted immediately & found another company who fitted it at a time that more suited me, so a big thumbs up. The EV charger is smaller than I expected, which is very good, mess free installation with good information from the electrician. You need to download an app to control & setup your charger, I like the fact it can be scheduled to charge during off peak times, but a boost override if you need to charge, the remote lock feature within the app is great. So overall I'm pleased with the whole experience so far!
