Aug 07,2024Very simple to order and schedule install. install happened within 3 working days. It would be better to have an understanding of what pictures are required - the assumption is that everything is done on a phone.

Aug 02,2024Young chap arrived in the morning to begin installation / groundworks and cracked on. Electricians rocked up not long after and within 4-5 hours it was a handshake, quick explanation (not really required due to QR code set up) and have fun with your charger!

Jul 29,2024From start to finish the Egg team has been responsive, helpful and gone above and beyond to help with my electric car charger install. The customer service couldn’t have been better. Nessy was wonderful and spoke to me at length about what I could do to get a charger installed with a tricky layout. She called me each time I emailed to go through options with me and tell me what she thought was best. The installer was lovely and friendly and my most recent contact with Ilona was again speedy, efficient and helpful. The team are a credit to the company.

Even after installation being asked if Everything is running smoothly. I would definitely recommend for this company to be used for car charging installation. Egg helped sorting out issues and while the whole process took time but eventually everything was done well. Quite happy with the whole process and the price was quite reasonable.

Jun 26,2024Easy to sign up and customer support is very helpful when things go wrong with the charger. I signed up last October but unfortunately had a faulty unit installed. Aoife is exceptional in customer support in terms of responsiveness, patience and advice. It's being a very long journey but my problem would not have been resolved without his support along the way. Big thank you to him! Also the technician they send out is kind, skilled and professional. I'm very pleased that I signed up to Egg rather than purchasing a charger outright because if you are like me being unlucky to end up with a faulty unit, their support in getting the problem resolved is priceless! I do recommend Egg!

Jun 24,2024The whole process from start to finish was seamless, Nessy did a great job in keeping me in the loop of what was going on and offered great service. Egg leveraged a couple of partners that were required for the install but it was completely joined up and went smoothly.
