Dec 15,2023Brilliant service from start to finish! Had an EV charger installed and kept up to date every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for them prior fitting. The guys who came out to do the installation were so polite and efficient. They cleared up after themselves and showed us how to use the charger via the app with clear instructions. I highly recommend Egg….Absolutely fantastic customer service from all departments. Thank you so much.

Dec 13,2023Great communication both by email and telephone so that I was kept fully informed at every stage of the process. Installation arranged efficiently taking into account the unique situation of my install choice. Installers were top drawer and did a really neat job. The payment plan is really good value and includes an insurance so that repairs / replacement can be done with no extra charge. The cost of the Indra charger through Egg was quite a bit less than the other more major energy suppliers.

Dec 05,2023Amazing service from start to finish, very helpful over the phone nothing was too much! Mia who dealt with me was excellent very professional, understanding and lovely all in all. The installation guy who came was also outstanding he was again professional down to earth and extremely helpful nothing was too much for him and explained step by step which made it easier to understand. It is our first experience with an electric charging point and honestly would not recommend anyone else, price is spot on too Thankyou so much again for a great service
