Fuss free process ordering online, had the Easee charger installed, easy setup, easy to use ap, great installation by Chris @ Mal who talked us through everything and left everything looking very tidy on the wall.

There was no human interaction until the charger was purchased and i was given a date, there was only one option using a tethered charger and after it was installed i was informed there is no App, only to find out their is, but Indra has mainly 1 star reviews meaning there is still a lot of work to be done to getting this product up to scratch and working as it should. With there being no App i was unable to receive any help on setting the charger up by the engineer. Had i known what i do now, i would not of moved forward with the Indra charger or Egg. A week or so after the installation i received a call and expressed my views, to be told Egg recommend i use an App called Zap for cheaper rates when out on the road, where is this information and why is it not given as standard. UPDATE: i have now edited my score to 1 star, given the response. I was advised about using the App Zap when asked for feed back and it is obvious the Indra platform is needing a complete update due to not being adequate, yet i was still sold the equipment with no advise of this, very disappointing you are expecting me to use a product and pay a premium even though it's compatibility with it own App is badly reviewed and going through upgrades. Absolutely hopeless Subcontract most of services such as installation Had two service visits as there’s an issue with the cable fitting Been told by service company new cable to be supplied still awaited two weeks later Not been able to charge car properly Pleasant company but absolutely useless We have been trying to resolve this issue for over 3 weeks Yet another service engineer due again Would not recommend and avoid at all costs You get excuse after excuse as they don’t actually duo anything it’s like buying an item from Curry’s such as a Dyson they just fob you off as not really heir issue Husband has been trying to get this sorted for weeks and still not resolved Clearly a design fault with this the unit and cable but they can’t be bothered even sending the cable we were promised Edit - before Egg attempt to take down this review the purchase was made through my husband I am the one who is having to live with your poor performance

Open communication from start to finish, the installer was lovely and talked me through what he'd done and how to work the charger. He put the charger exactly where I wanted it too with no fuss. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get an EV charger fitted!

This is the second time I have detailed this, my charger does not connect to the Indra app, but I keep receiving emails that everything is set up and running fine. I don't wish links for me to contact Indra as I didn't purchase the unit from Indra I purchased this from Egg. Please contact your installation supplier and have my issue fixed- is this too much to ask for ??

Easy process from purchase to install to follow up. Instalation was very neat and professional throughout, arrived and completed the job at the time stated. Really happy with my Easee charger and app, both are compact, stylish and easy to use. Would highly recommend Egg and the Easee charger.

Installer was really pleasant and helpful, recommending to install charger inline with utility boxes vs front of house, looks like it the there from when house was built. Charger was installed in under 2 hours

A lot of emails back and fourth we wanted to have two installs one at my property and one at my parents, parents gave up I continued but took for ever to get installed

This is my 2nd Indra charger installed by Egg and it’s now the 2nd time I’ve been left without a workable EV charger.. can’t get them over the phone, so I’m left not being able to charge my car. Not good enough Egg.
