Great installation and commissioning, both in one day. We had an issue with too much voltage Colin to house which wasn’t apparent until installers left but contacted the national grid and they sorted it.

I had my Indra Smart Pro EV charger installed in November 2022. I was unable to schedule a charge via the app on my mobile phone which I reported to Egg, however this wasn't too important as I was on a fixed single tariff at the time. From April 2023 I have tried to resolve this issue with some vigor as I knew I would be changing my electric tariff which would include off peak prices overnight. I have been passed around Egg customer service representatives, and staff at Indra to no avail. I have had two engineers out who informed me my unit was installed incorrectly and to date I've had four faults corrected. Indra have updated their app, and recently launched a new one. None of these things have solved my problem. I do not want to stay awake until midnight and press the boost button on my charger to benefit from the lower off peak rates. I have mostly dealt with Egg online as I have never been able to get through on the telephone, and leaving a message has never resulted in a call back within 24 hours. I sent an email 24/6/23 stating I wish to have my contracts cancelled, the EV unit removed, a full refund of all monies paid and compensation for the distress, time and energy I have wasted with this company. No response to date. I have left more telephone messages, yet I have heard nothing. I am at breaking point now, I am 61 years old and disabled. I need my car to be reliably charged at all times. What do I have to do to get some action from this company?

Once the isolator had been fitted the customer the fitting department got the electrician and fitter in very quickly for me. Good service from Dean.

This is the second indra unit fitted which is now not able to be commissioned. Have a minimum of 1 weeks wait before the local agent can return to sort out? This means it will be 3-4 weeks of not being able to use the EV charger. Not sure what can be done , just really disappointed

Slow customer service all through email. Had a Indra charger installed waited for 3-4 weeks for installation,once installed all fine BUT wasn’t linked with the app waited days for app integration once sorted all good for a few days then stopped working could only use boost button only firstly in charger and no app integration once again so couldn’t take advantage of cheap off peak rates overnight.Had to wait another 4 weeks for a install guy to fix problem turned out WIFI connection kept failing even through I had strong WiFi outside,so they swapped over a WiFi connection for a mobile signal connection which lasted 24 hours then went offline again now it’s back been great for a few weeks now. The concept is good the app and linking to ev charger is poor and needs a good software update

We didn’t have to wait long for the charger to be installed. Installation was across two days which we thought was strange but not too much of a problem. The app is brilliant. Very pleased.

Absolutely dreadful. I ordered on the 5th on June and at first the 'engineers' said there's no isolation switch installed in my meter when there was. It took 3 weeks for me to get an electrician out to take a look and confirm there's already one installed as eggs partners didn't bother getting in touch and I had to get British gas out and then a private one.. Then for the last week I've been led on and told an engineer would contact me about installation and nothing. I call and no information. Just avoid this company they don't have a clue what they're doing. Edit; No need to escalate i have cancelled and I expect a refund, I have also contacted another company which have me booked in next Monday for installation.

Checked online and the deal for a charger on a 3 year payment plan on 0% APR looked amazing so registered my interest. They have contacted me and asked for a survey which I did. I asked if they could install a isolator switch (which they advised they could through their partners) and they told me someone would be in touch to arrange this. 2 weeks after with no Comms I decided to reach out as I haven't heard anything and they advised there was some backlog but they were trying to bump me into priority. 1 week after I reach out, to be told "they have tried to call you a few days ago but no answer". Checked my phone and no missed calls or voicemails. Asked if they had my correct number (which they did) and if I could get their contact number and call them instead to get it booked. No answer. Fast forward one more week and I ask again what's the status on this, this time they tell me they have a massive backlog so they didn't manage to get in touch since my initial enquiry (so they didn't call me after all?) Ended up going with another provider which I applied on a Friday, got a quote on Monday, paid on Tuesday and on Wednesday they booked me for the isolator fitting and the charger the week after, which has now been installed. Cancelled everything with Egg, which is a shame because they did sound really promising

Tim, the installer has done an excellent job of the cabling and installation. The cable run was far longer than the usual installation but he wasn't phased at all and got the job done without rushing. Once completed he explained everything I needed to know and left the area clean and tidy. Highly recommended !
