The TESLA power wall, solar panels and Zappi charger are all excellent fitted by efficient installation team from Heron. Initial contact with Pam was great, communication in the middle was poor but Pam sorted that and the final product and installation were worth waiting for.

Egg are great. Very smooth experience once I had submitted the photos correctly and the charger has been great so far after 4 weeks.

We have been with the company since early 2022 to power or EV at home. Never a problem. The charger works perfectly, and the fact that the have introduced a new app rather than web-based, is brilliant! Is say for the cost of it per month and zero upfront cost, why use anyone else? If anything were to go wrong they would fix it no questions asked and their staff are all polite and knowledgeable. Can’t rate them highly enough. Thanks all at Egg :0)

Signed up to Egg a while ago and using the charger is really easy. I love the low monthly cost too! I’ve just moved onto this new a app, which was really easy. I’ve had no issues, and the team have been really helpful.

Egg is great - would highly recommend! From the sign-up process right through to downloading their new app, the process has been so easy and the Egg team have given clear comms every step of the way!

Had my EV charger for a little while now and all has been great. I just had a minor issue with my QR code not scanning when I was registering the new app but the support team were very helpful in getting it sorted. Thanks for being so quick and efficient Egg!

Charger was fitted and engineer keft rubbish in garsge along with instructions for use. Tge app doesnt work at all and sometimes when trying to charge it says its offline so you have to switch off power at thw ispolator and switch on again. Nuisance. Other times you plug in and it looks lime it's charging but it's not

The unit when working is fine. The programming has been an issue since installation and waiting to be fixed.

New app isn’t working for me. Contacted Egg and Indra multiple times and I’m getting no where. Response times are extremely slow and frustrating.

Charging unit fried it's self, unit was replaced but this a continuation of problems I've encountered since I signed up in December 2022

A good charger apart from the solar charging does not work. I don't really know what I am pay Egg £3 a month for. You can never speak to them via the phone and the email will always have a different person replying. If I have questions I speak to Indra and they do answer the phone and seem to know what they are talking about.

After a few initial remedial electrical works needed by National grid, the Egg/Indra install went ahead and it's been great to not have to go out and pay over the odds for the faster chargepoints that are frequently already in use. I highly recommend the "Teathered install" as it's a lot quicker to connect when raining The app also allows me to schedule "Out of hours" charging too. Added bonus... The ability to pay monthly rather than a one off rather large payment.

Sometimes has problems. But usually get sorted out quickly once they are reported to Indra.

I have had the charger for a number of months now and I can honestly say that I have to drop the power off and on again as there is a purple flashing light about twice a month. I have also just downloaded the new app and it has been saying that it is updating the charger software for three days.

Not used the new app as I have the OVO EV charge app and you do not recommend changing.

Edit - after some weeks of dodgy customer support from Indra, the situation is resolved. But it does not leave me with high hopes for a good customer support experience from both companies. The service provider and the charger manufacturer. The new app has bricked the charger. The App gets stocked in the migration and has been Mike that for more than a week. Indra itself does not keep communications open to state what is happening. This is not an isolated incident. Searching the web reveals that the app is bricking chargers everywhere.

App doesn’t work. Never has. And I pay a subscription for it.
