Sep 27,2024Brilliant company to deal with. Nessy was amazing and helped coordinate the installation. My partner is very happy now we’re saving money!!!The installers were brilliant and as a school teacher accommodated the time for me. I hope the after service is just as good.

Sep 26,2024I had a horrible experience with this company while trying to get an EV charger installed. I booked an engineer visit for 10 AM and took a day off work to accommodate the appointment. The engineer never showed up in the morning, and despite multiple calls, I was repeatedly told they would arrive "soon." Eventually, the engineer showed up at 6:15 PM, just as we were getting ready to feed our kids and put them to bed. This complete disregard for customers' time is unacceptable, and the lack of clear communication made things even worse. If you value your time and expect even basic customer service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This company clearly doesn’t care. Avoid at all costs!

Sep 21,2024Very good service from start to finish, everything explained very well, really helpful on the phone, EV charger fitted where I wanted it and all setup before they left, even follow up calls a few days later to make sure everything was ok, definitely recommended.

Sep 21,2024The first fitter left a mess from drilling . The electrician was really good and also tidied up the mess. We'll done for this he did not need to do that. The box works well so far so good.

Sep 21,2024I had a great ev charger deal with BG Synch tethered model. Nessy was extremely helpful to answer all my queries prior and after the purchase. Egg team smoothly dealt with all legal and technical matters and installed my charger within a short period of time. Extremely happy so far.

Sep 01,2024The whole experience of Purchasing my car charger with egg was one of ease. Nessy was very professional when having to contact them. I needed an isolator switch, which they fitted free of charge. The actual installation was done in a few weeks by a very able & qualified electrician. A very neat & tidy job with an electrical installation certificate sent when complete.

Aug 28,2024The customer journey from initial engagement through to install was first class, A special shout out to Nathan & Mia who managed the planning and delivery of our solar set up. The install team were really professional and efficient and the job was completed in a single day, which included 14 PV panels & a 9.2kwh battery and EV charger. We are extremely pleased with how much we are saving already, it’s amazing how much electric we can generate and how much surplus we are exporting to the grid, we appreciate that we are still in the summer period, but having solar really does change you mindset on energy usage!

Aug 23,2024Signed up to get a charger installed, the walk through was easy just some information and pictures of the where the installation would be. No complications so straight forward install. From the start selecting the charger was easy and the information and differences clearly explained between chargers. Nessy was very helpful when my car delivery was delayed and helped to push back the installation date to nearer when the car was to now be delivered. Installation was straight forward and the sun contractors were very good, they went through everything and explained the set up and provided all certificates etc Can't fault and would definitely recommend

Aug 23,2024I have had my system for 18 months, and with no exaggeration it has been down more often than I have been able to use it. My current state is no solution at all since 27th June, with no resolution date pending. Every part of system has been replaced with exception of RCD which should have been replaced on last visit, but engineer decided it was a loose connection and it only held up for 1 hour … wait time for next visit - 4 weeks. The product itself is poor quality. The support model abysmal and you work between 3 companies - Egg, Indra and a cowboy outfit for service … you will be the conjugate. I urge you to avoid this option at all costs Your response does not meet all points as per discussed with your team. Upgraded unit does not support direct data feed and would have to move to manual transcription monthly.

Aug 19,2024I reported a faulty charger on August 8th and was told I would be contacted by their service company for an appointment. I have still not been contacted despite several emails and follow up calls. The last calm was this morning with a promise to call back. Nothing heard.

Aug 19,2024I had an ev charger fitted and from the first call to the last, communication was consistent! Nessy and the team were professional, knowledgeable and especially friendly. Explained all aspects I had questions about. And the interest free payments are great!! I was informed who to contact, which I did promptly. My only wait was on external services that egg didn't have any involvement in. Once the power grid completed their works, egg were cracking on again, much faster than I expected!! Even when the charger showed fault codes, a quick call to the technical support had the issues explained and on the road to being solved.....wasn't actually egg that was at fault, it was the software from the charger manufacturer, but it was quickly rectified! And a follow up call received. Excellent service

Aug 14,2024For some reason I experienced a functional drop-out in MySolarEdge interface. Restricting it to reporting electricity production metrics and values, in effect losing Battery Storage & Consumption metrics. Chris on the support team responded quickly and efficiently. Whilst the remediation wasn't overly quick, Chris communicated frequently throughout the process keeping me updated on progress and relieving anxiety. His stance throughout was empathetic. Today the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction, many thanks to Chris and Egg for their assistance trouble shooting my problem.
