Bought three Home Emergency Policies via Mashroom, but it turned out to be a scam! I’ve been chasing the insurance company for the last ten days, and called the emergency number at least 15 time, but the insurance company avoided every time saying they’re going call me but they didn’t. After chasing them they sent a plumber, and said this leakage doesn’t cover, as it doesn’t fall under their policy. Then I got it fixed by another plumber as they were expensive. Guess what??? The issue didn’t solve!! As their cause of the leakage was not the main problem!! They have just identify the wrong cause in order to avoid the repair! BE CAREFUL before buying any insurance policy from them.

Really useful webinair. I am abroad at the moment so could not join in live however I was able to watch the recording which I found very informative. It was particularly interesting to hear how Section 8 is likely to change as a result of the eventual abolishing of Section 21 evictions.

Aug 26,2022Hi, Very interested to listen to your webinar on Income tax and capital gains tax. I found the review informative, but would have liked to hear more about making tax digital, as I feel that we have enough to do, having a once a year return, and to make the money to pay the tax, then do the revenues job for them every three months at an increased accountancy bill, and my time,is a bit much. As I am wanting to have less worries in my retirement years. I think this making tax digital will for many older people, push them to finish there rental business.
