I signed up in December 2019 and then decided to take my listing offline in January as my circumstances changed. I've recently decided to relist and my account doesn't exist!! Absolutely shocked and feel like I've been robbed to be honest. There has been no notice to existing customers.

This was the first time that I had listened to a Mashroom seminar and was very impressed. The talk was very informative and provided excellent advice covering a range of different scenarios and used easy to understand terminology throughout.

Whilst it was clear that the presentation was given from a knowledgeable perspective, the focus on the subject was lost with the discussion heading off in multiple directions. There were a lot of questions on the subject on the chat that were not addressed as a consequence. It was also a little disappointing that no consideration was given to those many landlords whose portfolio has been designed to provide retirement income. For many of us maintaining a portfolio against rising costs and potential difficulties in removing tenants when there is an end date within sight is potentially problematic. Maybe that's a subject in itself for another webinar.

good information we have 3 properties 2 great tenants one in arrears of £2500 we have served a section 21 with north west landlords association , we have been very patient with her and tried to help , she promised £50 a month to clear arrears ,NOT , she informed me that the council will not rehouse her until the court order is served , besides rent arrears we have had to clear rubbish from back yard after environmental health contacted us after complaints from neighbours , we visited the property 2 months ago and she was reluctant to let me in , previously she had refused entry . i went upstairs to the loft room and found the room 3 foot deep in Mcdonalds rappers and empty squash bottles and there was a cat living in the room ,her explanation was its a bit untidy

Thankyou for the time and effort put into this webinar. I was expecting to find out a bit more about the difference between the two Sections (21 & 8) other than just the time factor. I have never watched the Slum Landlord programmes and I now definitely won't. I found Mr Shamplina very difficult to watch, he kept moving constantly, towards and away from the screen, fiddling with his face, and clearly hasn't sussed how to position himself for the camera - if you are looking down at the camera then everyone is looking up your nose, so level up or even look upwards. And look at the camera, not the screen. It all made it really difficult to focus on what was actually being said. Also I'm not interested in your beautiful view behind you, which kept coming and going as well. But Mr Male, thank you. The choice of questions picked from the side panel was excellent and a couple really helped me. Please let me know when you will be having another webinar.
