I would give less than 1* if possible. In short they signed me up, the person who took the photos was not a professional and they shots were blurry or poorly taken, it took them weeks of chasing to get the floor plans correct, i had to measure rooms myself and even then the final product was still not accurate. The person who was supposed to be supporting me in the process told me (after i complained) that he (using his words) tried to 'wing it' when trying to do the floor plans as he had no training or support. Eventually when the property went live with the inaccurate floor plans and poor photos i tested booking a viewing on to my house via an alternative email address but found the links to request a viewing were not working so the customer (my alternate email!) was not receiving a confirmation and I (as the seller!) was not being informed that there was a viewing interest. Furthermore some of their staff lied e.g. when i was expecting floorplans, when they did not arrive, i rang the person who was supposed to do them and he said he was sick with food poisoning (a check on facebook revealed actually he was out having a meal with friends that afternoon!). Lots and lots of problems, too many to list. I did ask for a refund two days after I went live because i realised then the company were incompetent but they would not agree unless they knocked some money off for the professional floorplans and photos...LOL! Having threatened them with breaking GDPR regulations some 6 weeks later they agreed to a refund but 16 days on I have not had any money come through nor can they tell me why the refund has not been actioned. Up until the point of actually agreeing a refund no one rang me in those 6 weeks to offer selling support. In fact the person named on my dashboard as supporting the process (the person who 'winged it') had left because of the lack of training a month ago but no one had told me nor updated the dashboard! Avoid like the plague, incompetent, liars and unprofessional and you will be hard pushed getting your money back. By the way don't believe the stories given to cover up for incompetencies...i eventually dealt with Mani Ramasamy who said he would talk to his member of staff to sort out the problems with floor plans and photos - and tried to cover up the incompetent job by making excuses for some of the issues (e.g. not their fault or job to tell me i needed to submit offical documents to go live!) did they think the tooth fairy would relay that information to me because two weeks after paying up front is when i eventually found out when i personally spoke to the call centre. In fact the person dealing with my poor photos and floor plans left the company shortly after which i only found out about 6 weeks later - no corrections to the photos or floorplans nor anyone updating my online portal to say he had left. Emoov tried to blame issues on said member of staff (who had left) but the truth is no one in Emoov were able to step in and rectify anything. I paid mid septemberish, felt highly stressed early October because of all the issues and by the time i PUSHED for a refund end of October nothing had been sorted, I have still not been given a reason why they gave out my details to potential viewers without informing me nor do they have a record of those viewers! LOL. I have been questioning them for a month about this and the response still is ' give us the name and number of the person who turned up to your house'!!!! CLOWNS

Like others we became involved with Emoov when they took over Tepilo. In the six months we were with Tepilo we had TWO viewings .[ One a timewaster ] In the past week Emoov have found us Two good viewings . So far we are happy , as long as they Keep trying for us . The five stars is for the update undertaken by Karen Chilvers ., she has a good view of how things should be presented , & hope that we will soon achieve a sale if all are as professional as Karen

We used Emoov to sell our house and was pretty happy with the service. Maz Shoib did our survey and was friendly and helpful. You do have to set up your own online profile, but once done you have full visibility of your listing, how many times your property comes up in online searches and how many people actually open your listing. You can also manage your availability for viewings and are instantly aware of any requests to view the property. You can also make changes to your listing if you wish. Emoov can do viewings on your behalf (additional fee) but there isn't a dedicated person for your property, so for this reason we opted to do our own viewings. We accepted an offer on our property within a week and the office staff were very responsive. Overall I think an online agent is a good option if you have a good property as we saved over £7,000 in estate agent fees compared to a traditional estate agent, but less so if your property needs to be "sold to someone" as everything is online, so there's no-one ringing up prospective buyers and encouraging them through your door.

We are buying a property on emoov and so far I rate them at zero star. You just can't get a right answer, please don't use them! Find another estate agent where you can call in to their office and have a chat, sort things out.......absolute rubbish company! I was supposed to get a call back today but to no avail! They still have the property advertised on line even though it's sold!

What an absolutely appalling service. I would not recommend this company at all. I was a Tepilo customer until a recent merger or takeover involving Emoov. The first I heard was in an email from Emoov on the 14/11/18, On the 16/11/18 I received another email saying that my property was live on Emoov. I then searched their website but was unable to find my property or any other in my area. I tried phoning but no joy. On the Saturday I managed to get through and was told that there were problems getting the Tepilo property's into their system but it would be sorted over the weekend. On Monday my property had still not appeared on Emoov's website. I sent my telephone number by the chat box on the Emoov website and later someone rang me. I explained that my property was not on their website and she said they were still having problems getting the Tepilo properties on their website. I said this was unacceptable and wanted a refund of my fee. She told me that this would be in my account by the Wednesday It never appeared. Since then I have been fobbed of with various excuses such as "it is being investigated" or "it will be in your account within fifteen days". In other words nobody knows what is going on, I cannot get hold of anybody senior to answer my questions and I still cannot get my refund.

Migrated from Tepilo. 1: Property negotiator DOES NOT contact us!!!!!!!!!! 2: Can not contact via phone!!!!!!!!!!! 3: Send an email "someone will get back to you" they DO NOT!!!!!!!! 4. Still waiting for a for sale board 6weeks after going on market!!!!!!!!!! I am at a loss at what they do after they get your money. UNACCEPTABLE treatment of customers. I do not know how they get 5 stars.

Tepilo have changed to Emoov there is no improvement I have had to complain twice about my house showing in the wrong location and then realised they had changed my description without my permission and neglected to mention the house has a huge extension. Do Not use this estate agent they are totally incompetent !!!!!

Emoov failed to deliver a service at any level. The agent who valued and photographed my house was late on both occasions. They couldn't market my property because there was an 'issue' with my account. I rang 13 times in two days and sent 12 emails and nobody was willing to help me resolve the issue. I'd already paid the up-front fee by this point. When I asked for a refund (I was within my 14 day cooling off period) no-one would accept my request or confirm that I would actually get my money back. I still haven't had my money back (!) and they are refusing to pay the whole amount because they took photographs (which they refuse to send me). They didn't investigate my complaint properly and I am now taking it to the Property Ombudsman. I've never experienced anything like it. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Unacceptable Customer Service Almost comical the poor level of customer service with Emoov. Would not recommend. Ringing for 17 days to get my refund. The Finance team "cannot be contacted". For an online estate agent in 2018, not being able to contact a team is laughable. Please do not use. Read all of the poor reviews - poor customer service. Do not waste your time.

Just been moved from the Tepilo platform to the Emoov platform with no prior warning. My home has been sold STC and all the messages between myself and the buyer have been lost. I have twice asked Emoov where these messages are but big companies obviously don’t feel the need to respond to clients. The emoov platform also asked me to update my viewing availability even though my house is sold. I thought Tepilo were bad ! My advice - use an estate agent

They advertised a property very well priced. I enquired and they dropped me a text within minutes of putting the phone down, saying the seller had agreed a viewing at the date and time I proposed. Sounded suspicious, (I suspected they were advertising an already sold property, just to get prospective buyers contact info). Anyway, I took time off work on the day, I then got another text about 30 mins before the viewing saying the viewing was cancelled. I called back, I was promised a callback but didn't hear. I called the next day, same thing - someone would call me back. Eventually I got fed up and knocked on the door as it was just a couple of doors from my house. I spoke to the chap, a retired man whom I had seen around, he had actually accepted an offer on the property several weeks ago and was just waiting for the conveyancing etc. And had accepted £420K. Emoov actually advertised the property AFTER the offer had been accepted, and for £350K - they did this just to build up their database of prospective buyers! And so the viewing they booked for me, was never going to happen and the seller certainly hadn't agreed it! Absolutely hate this. I took a day off work for this and this is what they did. I really really really hope this company goes down, playing at other peoples expense.

We recently purchased our house and the estate agent was Emoov. We found them to be very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions we had. (as first time buyers we had a few) Sarah James was our main point of contact we never had any trouble getting hold of her and she gave a friendly and efficient service to us throughout our buying process. I put two properties on line with emoov. They were recommended to me as an alternative estate agency to high street agents. But I cannot recommend them at all. They show the client the garden path and then disappear. From setting up accounts to viewing, I experienced a high level of unprofessional service. I strongly advise against them. I am still waiting for the rest of my refund. They promised to give me 50% refund for my bad experience, but I still haven't received the amount they promised they would give me.

The service from Ali was perfect in every sense. He gave me a realistic valuation before and after refurbishment and knew my area very well. I highly recommend him if you need a proper property consultant in Stratford and Plaistow.

Absolutely shocking do not start your selling with these people they lie to you at the first oppurtunity they get, i have caught them out a few times and do now believe with enough evidence they have ghost buyers, a few phone calls i have made to talk to my representative or even customer services they just give you the same speil then they have the ordascity to ask you for money when there not doing there job correct, dont update you about your property espcially when they are having trouble getting a hold of the customer, just got of the phone to one of there colleagues and he tried to cover for my representative ( lie) to me to basically get of the phone

Great services from start to finish especially from Jonathan Fleet our appointed agent. Jonathan was knowledgeable and efficient and with the support of the Emoov team in the office the sale went smoothly within a few weeks. I achieved a price that the local estate agents said was highly unlikely.

Total waste of time even signing up to Emoov No one can book online appointments call centre or not to call centre dont get back to people even had notes through the door asking for viewings with a comment your agents are useless. Was with Tepilo but they have merged with Emoov now and the system is well and truly screwed up. Use a local agent if you want to sell your house as Emoov cant Ive even rung up to ask to view my own house , Thanks you sir for calling we shall get someone to ring you back very shortly ,,, this was 2 days ago .. avoid at all cost if you want any chance of selling your house. No contact just bull from the call centre please please avoid i wish i had never heard of them
