Apr 10,2021Extremely disappointed ordered my item on Wednesday and paid for it to be delivered on Friday. I even checked when the order was completed with a live chat that my item would be here on the Friday and got an email to confirm tit would be Friday.So waited all day and then got an email from an unknown company asking me to confirm a delivery date for my item. The company and delivery company where both closed when i tried to contact them and are also closed all weekend. we are now having to wait to see if my order comes in 4 days time... I have a disabled husband waiting to shower and a plumber who's been messed around cause the item didn't come. this company is only 40 minutes from us and this is why we ordered from them !!!!

Apr 03,2021The parts are well made. The instructions are terrible. Drawings are used which would be fine if the detail and description was sufficient, which it wasn't. The runner bars are particularly indecipherable and all four combinations had to be tried to get it right. The corner design is peculiar and is an open box which is going to be difficult to clean properly nd space wasteful. Holes for retaining movement that were supposed to be drilled weren't, but that could be because if they were handedness would result. Some perts were scratched.

Apr 02,2021Searched for a bath to replace an offset bath in our limited space bathroom and found a back to wall type bath at ergonomic designs. Placed the order and amazingly it was delivered by PJH the next day. The bath was just what we needed and looks great.

Mar 26,2021This is the shorter version of my review… If you looking for a good product then "avoid" buying this specific “TrayMate” tray as we have had bad experience after installation. The manufacturer response received on feedback was out of date on letter head 2020 after the issue was reported.. Also the Tray is “NOT2 life time guarantee as advertised as in manufactures response given to me confirms that it only gives 50yrs. The tray thickness is 25mm on outer side which goes to 10mm to centre resin. The tray is made from Resin which the Manufacturer could not even provide a good response or defend on the product manufactured and sold. Our Builder who has 14yrs experience in the trade of Bathroom and Kitchen fitting is well known locally for his workmanship and I was told the tray was not installed properly. The tray laid on 6mm Cement board resting on "2in by 4in" wood frame was not sufficient enough and should have used the plastic legs for support (seriously... don’t work for DIY store, will get people laughing at comments such as this). Delivery for the product was on time but customer service from one of the staff was "nonexistence" as not having a clue from the photo provided by me to them cannot tell the difference between statement "5 thin strips of wood" (their response) to 2"4" wood used (absolutely no idea in sizes and being a KEYBOARD WORRIER). Also I got told to go and have a look at the manufacturer’s instructions, but I brought the product form Ergonomic so why wouldn’t I contact them first. When re-checked the instructions on the Ergonomics website it was highlighted that their own website was not showing full instruction (page 2 missing). There’s also spelling mistake of (desperately instead of separately spelt). Poor, lack of description and information which is out of date on website. This went on for a week on exchange of emails (I give them 10 out of 10 for consistence response for the emails, must of wasted company money for the time spent telling me what I should do and where I should go to get additional information). I Got offered cost price tray either same one or similar one, where I responded to state I was already in progress of buying another one due to lack of support and “Blame Game” (should of offered the insensitive prior to calling a builder inexperience and wasting everyone’s else’s time. Ordered the tray from another supplier which cost me £68 “no delivery” charges but I paid £113 + delivery from Ergonomic and hassle on top of it. Received new tray and sat on the same “bed” frame of 2” 4” inch wood with 6mm Cement board and “wala” no issue.. and same “resin” material….. I paid for another tray as I would need to get one anyway, but Ergonomics has lost a customer and maybe more as word of mouth on product brought soon travels to others and the builder will not recommend this now as he was also blamed. I wrote the review on the product but they dont publish that, only good review they publish, hence writing on here.

Mar 24,2021Great experience all around !! Great choice on offer (was looking for a small bathtub with a big capacity, thankfully litres were stated so it was making my life so much easier). Fast delivery , arranged beforehand via telephone call by you (probably the only time something went smoothly in my bath refurbishment), call from the delivery driver, the delivery itself amazing that guy just carried the tub to my door, masked up and super fast and polite. The bathtub it self fantastic ... super super pleased with this whole Company and the product. You are just so good to deal with !! Thank you and especially to your driver too!

Apr 14,2021Ordered a bath and a bath panel, received a bath and a huge glass wet room screen.... I contacted the company who were apologetic, it was fine, only mildly annoying having to sort it out (I have a young baby so it’s just another thing I have to sort that I don’t need) the screen was collected and two panels were delivered instead of one (my husband accepted the delivery and he doesn’t think to question anything) the driver was also under the impression he was collecting an incorrect bath panel from us and delivering the correct one and wasn’t even sure the screen would fit in his van but luckily it did. Happy with products overall.
