Very good products at a good price compared to the major retailers. Customer service was excellent when I asked to return a product not because it was faulty but I did not like the nonslip coating on a shower tray. I changed it for the same product without the coating. Any queries are answered quickly. Delivery is extremely quick. All in all a great on-line shopping experience.

On initial delivery the packaging had a different colour printed on it, so I declined the delivery. After some e mail corespondents, the items were redelivered after about a week, with same colour description on the box.After opening the boxs we found the colour neither the one the box or the colour we thought we ordered, but I have to say we liked it anyway. With all this going on a phone number may have been handy to call them, but they did answer the e mails in a prompt way. Overall I would use ergonomic designs again, GREAT price and excellent delivery

Absolutely amazing company. Helped so much with the items I needed next day as my install came to a holt after being let down by previous suppliers. Amazing quality products and good prices too.

Exactly what I've ordered. Unlike John Lewis with their wrong advertised measurements. The glass shelf is spot on and it looks amazing in my new bathroom nish and the price and delivery time is even better, 5 stars is too little.

Although we had to wait a long time for the inline panel, both sliding shower doors purchased look very smart and have a good magnetic closure. However, I wish to note that the door opening is much narrower than my previous shower doors as the door side frames are very wide. It's fine for an average person to fit through but if I was pregnant I believe it would be a squeeze!

Bought a shower unit from them, fitted by a qualified plumber. Having found a leak coming from the shower head, the variety of after sales persons involved over two weeks mainly (after sales person Sam and others) were very unhelpful and derogatory including "you've fitted it incorrectly, we don't have phones to discuss the issue, you can't have a refund, as you've installed it" (how you know if it's going to have a leak, if you don't install it, I'll never know) we'll just keep telling you it's been fitted incorrectly. Have now passed on all the details and emails to Trading Standards for their advice. Can't say I'd recommend them to anyone as you wouldn't get a decent service if any problems occured. I would avoid a use a company that can communicate with telephones..

Contacted them about a bath that was on their site, I wanted to collect as it states on their website "we offer four choices" Well, I thought I was not paying the extortionate delivery fee of (£60). So in the basket it went and it offered me 2 choices (delivery or delivery?) So not impressed, I contacted them and they tried to play on the "covid thing" Exploit it more like as many others are doing collection I said. This is obviously where they make their cost up and the lower price just gets you to their site, I told them I could collect from a nearer place that would work out cheaper and they advised me to do just that - So I did, not very impressed with them so be warned! Update!! Obviously hit a nerve with the truth. Nothing was mentioned during the call about any members of staff ill, so that has just been made up. This is a review of my experience dealing with them while trying to purchase a bath, being told to shop elsewhere has been glossed over and raising issues with "TP" can't hide the truth.

Happy with our purchase however we did have to drive to collect from another street as the courier said he could not drive into our street as he had a lorry the size of a 'double decker bus'. Our street is not narrow and I would have assumed that a van suitable for deliveries would have been used.

Great customer service Received product within 2 days of ordering but it was damaged (sent direct from manufacturer). Ergonomic Designs resolved the problem and a new tap arrived in 24 hours. Fantastic service

I placed an order with Ergonomic Design Bathrooms last summer and was really pleased with the fast delivery and the quality of the goods. Already they had earned an excellent rating. Then a minor fault occurred with one of the items and (based on my experiences with another company) I feared the worst. But the people at Ergonomics were FANTASTIC!! They went above and beyond what I expected to sort out the problem and make sure that I was happy with the outcome. The emails were friendly and understanding, and they truly made me feel valued as a customer. I have since ordered another item from Ergonomics and now wouldn't considering shopping anywhere else for bathroom fittings and fixtures. Thank you so much!! I would give more than five stars if I could!
