Aug 15,2021I ordered the Horizon6 sliding shower door & I couldn’t be happier with it. I had been looking for a sliding door that combined beautiful design with practicality. The Horizon6 looks absolutely beautiful & is very easy to keep clean. From the various shower doors I had seen at friends’ & family homes, it is often difficult to clean the tracks. A problem that is absent with this one. I would highly recommend the site, as the delivery & shopping experience was very smooth. I would also very much recommend this shower door.

I check any competitor sites for value for money and reviews. Amazing services and communication throughout with supplier. The quality looks good I can't wait to install the items.

Jul 29,2021Excellent price and standard of service from Ergonomic Designs. I have bought from them before on what is a long time duration complete renovation of a period house. We bought v expensive Kartell Radiators this time and they have at this time of writing not been unpacked or installed yet! (29-07-21) However I am worried that Kartell do do porotect the radiator side panels anywhere near enough. The Hudson Reed radiators we bought from you 2 years or so ago where packed incredibly! In 25 years of buying online I have never bought anything packaged so well! Kartell you really need to take a look at this you are bound to be receiving damaged returns. Jul 29,2021Bought new bath and basin taps, exactly the same but with a different brand name then seen elsewhere, at over 30% cheaper. Delivery and communication were very good, and when the taps arrived I was super impressed with the quality. Will definitely look to Ergonomic Designs in the future

Jun 19,2021It has been a terrible experience. I ordered 2 items and after waiting for 2 weeks regarding delivery I contacted Ergonomic Designs to find out where they were. I was then told they would be delivered in 3 days time. The items didn’t arrive. I phoned again but was told that they would send replacement items despite the items not being delivered in the first place. A couple of days later I was told that one of the items was out of stock for another 4 weeks. They then proceeded to try to deliver one half of the order a couple of days later without giving any notice so no one was at home. They then said they would have to re-order this part of the order which would take another 10 days to arrive. Complete mess! I then cancelled the order and will not be purchasing anything else from Ergonomic Designs. I would not recommend this company to a friend either.

Jun 09,2021DAMAGED CORNER MISSED, just a word of warning here. If you order anything from them, make sure you remove every single item and it’s entire packaging within 2 days. Regardless of size and weight.Check it all inside and out with a magnifying glass. After this time, any damage won’t be replaced. They will accuse you, that you damaged it and will expect you to repair it yourself at your expense.I fought them on this through the payment handling company linked to my credit card. After several messages and emails and at a cost of £45 to send the damaged shower tray back, I won my case after 3 weeks and got a full refund. Signing things unchecked means nothing to them. It acknowledges your acceptance of the product in whatever state it arrived. Delivery costs aren’t exactly cheap either. I understand some claims can be bogus, but if you inadvertently fail to spot genuine damage that was missed because of its plastic wrapper is hard to take. A real lesson learnt. I read up on the sale of goods act. It helped a lot.

Jun 05,2021Don't not buy cheap showers from these lot, they sell terrible quality products that fail and flood your house , I'm a time served plumber and have seen no end of disasters with poor quality showers causing leaks and ruining pols houses. They couldn't care less when approached at the issue
