They responded very quickly to my initial email and kept me updated as soon as they had the new delivery/collection details from the manufacturer. I am so impressed with how helpful, friendly and efficient the team is (I've spoken to a couple of different people). Thank you!

May 17,2021Great service - I ordered 2 complete bathrooms which involved a variety of different brands / suppliers. Ergonomic designs checked stock on all items within an hour and called me back. All items were delivered within days. I ordered one item incorrectly - the return process was easy and the item refunded within 48 hours. I will buy from them again and would definitley recommend them.

Apr 30,2021First unit received was very badly damaged so had to send it back. Unfortunately the second unit I received was also damaged but not as bad as the first. I ended up keeping this as couldn’t take any more time off work to wait in for another collection / delivery. Also disappointed holes not pre-drilled for handles. I can’t use a drill so have a cabinet with no handles on! Very disappointed as for the price I expected quality.

Apr 22,2021A good product at a good price but again horribly let down by the courier who thought it appropriate to leave a £250 parcel by the road, 70m from my house...... Luckily a neighbor had picked it up in case it was nicked and then went away for a week! Sadly neither DHL nor Ergonomic have been proactive in trying to sort it out.....
