Sep 19,2022Purchased their Solar Matt Black Concealed Shower Mixer Pack - Square 2 Way Triple Set (SOLSPACK12) on 04MAY2021. The product arrived in plain white boxes without documentation and manufacturer details. Although the appliance works without problems so far, after a couple of months the thermostat button started accummulating sediment (consistent with water hardness) and 3-4 months later, this and other surfaces started peeling off. On contacting the firm recently they “concluded” that “poor maintenance” is to blame and said that I should clean sediments with white vinegar, whereas the online manual recommends “not to use abrasive agents”. They decided that the “peeling off” is due to “wear and tear which is not covered by the warranty” and also mentioned a “one year warranty”, whereas they quote “2 years” on their website. More than a moth later, I am still waiting to hear about their allegedly contacting the manufacturers (whose details are not revealed) for spares.

Jul 11,2022I fitted out most of my new bathroom using this company and for the most part I was happy, however, after 3 weeks of it being on the wall, the work top on my vanity unit started to peel, crack and lift. I contacted customer services who to be fair were very responsive but I was left most unsatisfied with the outcome. Firstly they suggested that it was my own fault for letting water pool on the top of the worktop (the damage was on the edge and so not only physically impossible but factually incorrect) then they suggested that maybe it was my ventilation (again not true as I had brand new ergonomics extractor fitted along with huge window which is always open) In the end, they agreed to exchange the product for the same one or refund it. This was no use to me given that I had already paid someone to fit it to the wall! In the end I had to buy a superior worktop elsewhere and pay a bathroom fitter someone to come back and fit it. When i complained to Ergonmics that their shoddy product was not fit for use in bathroom and they should probably not label it as such, i was told basically that it was my own fault that it lasted 3 weeks because I "opted for the budget worktop". Absolutely absurd. Would not use this company again. All i wanted was a worktop which looked nice and 'does what it says on the tin'. This worktop did not do that and now I am out of pocket. Do not buy!

Jun 13,2022I ordered the Horizon Venus 564mm Polymarble Countertop Wash Basin. The contact with Ergonomics Designs customer service was good but unfortunately not with the courier company. They informed me that I had to wait for my parcel between 11am and 7pm and sign it, which I consider to be a nightmare as I work. I received a basin with a large scratch inside. However, the complaint process went very well, customer service apologized for the inconvenience and within a few hours I was informed that I would receive a new basin the next day. But again, no one could tell me approximately when it would happen. This was a huge inconvenience, I made a few calls and wrote emails to Ergonomic Designs customer service about it, found it very stressful. I received my package the next day, but very early in the morning, before anyone informed me of the delivery time. I felt uncomfortable when the supplier knocked on the door and then rang quite insistently. If you care about customer satisfaction, please improve communication between the courier company and customers or change the supplier.

Mar 28,2022The bath I purchased did not look like the pictures once installed. I contacted the company and received conflicting information from two customer service advisors that were both apparently 'from the manufacturer'. The end result was that the bath panel should not sit flush as advertised on the pictures when purchased, they said sorry and that they were then looking into amending the website pictures....

Jan 25,2022Ordered several items from this company as I have used them before. In particular a 1200x750 shower tray and a shower mixer. Both were very disappointing and the service to resolve the problem extremely poor. The tray was bowed and despite informing them of this they did not help resolve the matter, the mixer comes with no pipe fittings washers or indeed anything and when the shower enclosure was fitted the door handle sent with the kit was already broken. Having had such a poor response to the tray problem I didn’t bother trying to resolve the other issues. Not sure I will use them again. Good prices but very poor customer service and low quality products.

Jan 13,2022We purchased all new taps, shower head, thermostatic bar and radiator from here, we wanted them all Matt black, we had searched the internet and Ergonomic Designs were by far the cheapest we had found. We took the chance and I’m so glad we did, the quality in all the products are outstanding! Delivery was quick, we’ll notified and on time! Would highly advise using this company!

Dec 21,2021Very impressed with the customer service. Had to have items delivered to an empty address where a neighbour accepted the items but did not want to open the packaging. The items were therefor not checked when delivered but customer support were very helpful and when I explained the situation they agreed to wait until I could get to the property to check them. To me that is good customer service. Items were perfect. Great price as well.
