Dreadful experience. If you have a problem with a product or delivery, do not rely on them giving you a refund without a fight. Could not care less as long as sale made. Will never use again.
Awful company do not buy!! Bought a very expensive shower kit from this firm (nearly £300) and it lasted all of a few weeks… all of the metal is coated and has flaked off, it looks awful! I spoke to the company asking for a replacement bar and they told me that it was a chemical mark probably as a result of anyone has used it with dyed hair so as a small business they couldn’t afford to replace it. How would they know this it is a terrible excuse and if this was true the shower is definitely then not fit for purpose nor do they explain this on the product information! The disgraceful customer service and poor quality products. Reading the other similar reviews I hope no one purchases from them.
It seems my review has been removed for some reason.. Avoid at all cost, after a lot of research into this company they appear to re sell faulty items, If they are lucky enough and you don't notice quickly enough they refuse refunds. I honestly can't stress enough how dodgy this company is.
Purchased a shower tray for a small job for a customer, I placed the order just as the customer rang me to cancel, I contacted Ergonomics through the email and managed to cancel the order, I then received a call to advise me the refund was in progress as payment was made through PayPal, I was kept up to date all through the process and it was a seamless process. Highly recommended and thankyou.
Competitive prices ,ordering easy If ordering please check goods no matter how well packaged it is . Small chip in shower resin tray , wasn’t aware until plumber had fitted it. Company refuse to accept responsibility . Would never use again possibly selling seconds
Iv dealt with worst but I can’t stand these online bathroom shops. They are so hard to deal with when you need to change anything, slow and charge the earth for delivery. One of my boxes turned up with EBay writing on the side… very professional looking… NOT. I needed to change a shower tray that hasn’t even been sent but guess what, they can’t just do that you have to buy a new one from them before they return the money for the one they’ve not sent ven dispatch and charge you more than they did before for delivery. It’s hard to get 1300 shower tray’s otherwise I really won’t of bothered and certainly won’t again.
I ordered a toilet, seat, flush plate and wall mounted cistern from Ergonomic Designs. I received an email advising me that the flush plate I ordered would not work with the cistern, and so I amended my order accordingly. All of the products were delivered swiftly and in good order. I was very impressed with the customer service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
I bought a Burlington vanity unit and sink at such a great price. Order arrived on allocated date in very well packaging. Delivery driver was super helpful in getting the pallet into the bottom of stair and off the main road for me. Opening the box and checking everything over item is in perfect condition. Very easy smooth transaction
Ordered a new bath, upon attempt to install noticed bath bowed and running out. Delivery was fine but quality of goods and customs service is a disappointment. Unable to phone and complain. Have had to use ‘chat’ option and them send an email for me to provide evidence and they will liaise with the manufacture. Unable to provide a time frame of when issue will be resolved. Bath was signed off with relevant checks as satisfactory.
I don't normally leave reviews but I just feel like I need to make people aware of the returns policy here. I ordered a shower screen, opened it realised it was the wrong shape and requested a return. First I was told I couldn't return as I sellotaped it with with brown tape not clear so I took it off and put clear on. I was still told I couldn't return it as it wasn't in original condition. I didn't even take it out of the box!! I'm so annoyed now as stuck with a shower screen which I was entitled to refund under the 14 days! Do not buy if there is a possibility you will need to return
Bought two Hansgrohe showers almost two years ago at a very keen price. One developed a split in a pipe which was obviously due to a manufacturing defect. Was asked to send a video of the leak. They then contacted the manufactured who sent a replacement part within a few days.
Poor quality products at a premium price. Shockingly bad customer service. Avoid
I've had the best experience and Feb customer service. I ordered a few items and the bath panel was damaged, I followed the instruction which was easy and uploaded pictures. They arranged a redwliver and pick up which I recieved a couple.of days later. You have to expect that some times items will be damaged its how the company then deals with putting it right and this company was great, I couldn't have asked for more!
I would avoid buying from this company. Their returns policy is ridiculous as they won’t accept goods back if they are not in the plain box that they arrived in. Their customer service was extremely unhelpful. The brass bottle trapped leaked. I would pay the extra and go elsewhere … sadly I thought I was getting a good deal but this has ended up costing allot more. Really disappointing and feel very ripped off.
Poor-quality brass products, every single item purchased failing! Second brass bath tap as well. Avoid at all costs, these badly made products will cost us money to remove and replace. Credit card chargeback.

We experienced exactly the same problem as other reviews. The warranty is not real and they just blame you for any damaged items. Avoid this company.
Great experience with Ergonomic Designs - ordered a vanity unit with worktop and wall hung storage for new bathroom which are great. Needed to contact customer services for assistance with the worktop and they were really helpful.
Buy somewhere else. The brushed brass items with 2 years warranty we bought from them peeled after 6 months even though we followed their care instructions. Turns out they are full pf excuses and do not want to respect the warranty. Bad quality and do not keep their word. UPDATE: Despite being the ones advertising this fake warranty and sourcing this low quality product Ergonomic Designs says "they cannot do much" and (surprise, surprise) will accept the arbitrary decision of the manufacturer. The only solution they offered is to "give us new products at cost price" when that is not a solution, these products they sold are substandard and we do not want more of these (they'll peel again in 3 months!)

Dec 22,2023Sadly this company provided two shower trays both of which were damaged on delivery, very poor customer service so I am having to request refund from barclaycard as goods not fit for purpose ( they state as not unwrapped (on a building site!) on immediate arrival they not prepared to help) really disappointing customer service-Avoid them - many other resellers on line who listen & treat customers properly
