Nov 09,2021I see i am not the only one! My bathroom vanity unit has de-laminiated and i moved into my fully reno home mid september. My sink unit and wall hung cabinet are bubbling away and i am told by the company the manufacturer says its water ingress therefore i have to pay for a replacement! What the absolute... Are bathroom worktops not supposed to be water resistant and obviously can suffer from humidity therefore these units should be made as such? Honestly, should have paid a few hundred more and bought from crosswater. Avoid... avoid. ...

Dec 05,2021it becomes a nightmare when dealing with quality issues under warranty. bought several items from them including a few taps. taps developed copper rust in a few month. i haven't used any cleaning agent to clean those taps but they claim they disagree and refuse to do anything under warranty. so buy from them if you don't need any warranty
