Jan 10,2018Rang up on 2nd January to get an expected delivery date but understandably could not confirm a date. Order received on 4th January which was great. However I had no notification ahead of this date; the email came at 8.30am on the day of delivery. I was already at work. Luckily I had someone at home to take the order. So either this is a blip or the notification process needs reviewing . Other than that found all colleagues competent, polite and very customer focused. Subject to the above being addressed I would definitely use this firm again

Jan 02,2018There was an issue with a wrong item delivered and handling by customer service initially. I had to order the item from elsewhere due to time constraints. However, collection of the wrong item was arranged promptly and a refund issued directly, together with a gesture of goodwill. They have restored my confidence in their company. An indicator of a good company is how they deal with matters when it goes wrong. I would have to say they dealt with this to my complete satisfaction. Apology, refund and goodwill gesture. Well done Ergonomic Designs.

Every person I spoke to was extremely knowledgable and advised me enormously in making the correct choices. They spent so much time assisting me I made a point of ordering everything i needed from Ergonomic. I recommend everyone to use this company if they want superb honest customer service. Nov 25,2017There was some confusion around the items delivery but the company was quick to get in touch and want to help/understand where they could improve for future reference and offered a discount to apologise for any inconvenience caused. I would recommend as I'm very pleased with the quality of the items received.

Nov 14,2017Happy enough with the speed of delivery including the item which was delayed, but, that last small item came in an unbelievably large box. Needless use of space in a van and terrible over use of material...just sayin' Some items advertised as brass / chrome were misleading, the insides being brass and chrome, but outer parts being light plastic made to look like chrome. More detail required on item descriptions. A little disappointed with quality. Thanks all the same.

Jan 11,2018We ordered some tiles online through Ergonomic Designs. Supply and delivery was then arranged completely by the manufacturer. My interaction with Ergonomic Designs was therefore very minimal until after the tiles arrival. We were very happy with the product, but it turned out we had miscalculated and ordered several boxes too many. With this sort of product, it is rarely the case that this surplus is identified straight away, particularly as my contractor didn't start using them straight away. 16 days after the delivery of the tiles I contacted Ergonomic Designs and said that I understood their returns policy was 14 days, but I would very much appreciate some flexibility to return some boxes, of course with postage costs incurred by me. I appreciate that I was outside the stated timescales for the returns policy, and the original miscalculation was my mistake, but I thought they might help me out given it was only a couple of days past the deadline. I was quite disappointed that they refused to offer any sort of flexibility and clearly do not value repeat custom. if you want to order from a company that is flexible and wants to ensure you are a happy repeat customer, don't order from Ergonomic Designs. I won't be again.
