Best I have found on the net so far. Re Bath panel review earlier, get a proper plumber to do the job next time!

Sep 22,2017Really decent purchase. Our equipment has been going strongly for 9 months now, with the only issue being that one of the taps wasn't gripping any more. I emailed the team and they figured out precisely what I needed to do in order to easily fix the tap. All in all, good prices and brilliant after service.

Sep 05,2017Would not honour a LIFETIME warranty when product was not installed exactly to installation GUIDE. Nowhere did it mention in the documentation that not following this would void the warranty. Patronising e-mail correspondence, phone call received to strongly persuade me ;) to remove my review on trust pilot because my issue was apparently "with the manufacturer", even though I bought the product from the reseller who advertised LIFETIME WARRANTY. Now in response to my review (which they attempted to take down), they mock my intelligence and competence for the installation. Second attempt to take down my review due to "accusationary statement". Probably would have been easier to honour the warranty!

Jul 16,20176 items ordered which came over 6 different deliveries. The bath came without the handles. The problems arose as they hold very limited stock and get the parts delivered direct from their suppliers. Email correspondence with the Operations Manager bordered on the patronising. I will never use them again.

Prices are the best I could find. Still plenty of items to purchase from them and would not go anywhere else. Great company

May 18,2017I ordered a large slate effect shower tray. It was well priced and was delivered in a timely fashion. The only issue was that only one waste was delivered instead of 2. Customer services were very effective and a new waste was organised. My thanks to John Hunter for sorting this out so quickly and it's great to see a company that prides itself on it's service - highly recommended.

May 14,2017This company gave me excellent advice when I wasn't sure what to order. Delivery was really quick and I even got a phone call to confirm timings. Quality of the product was great and I couldn't ask much more for the super price that I've got it for. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them.
