Ordered 3 toilets recently, these arrived 2 days later as promised. Very good website, ordering process and communications. Had a problem with one cistern, this was dealt with very quickly and professionally and a replacement arrived the next working day. Superb service from Ergonomic Designs/their supplier.

Placed an order on the 22nd of August, after confirming a delivery within 7-10 working days. Item was in stock according to the website (misinformation). Called customer support over 15 times over the 6 weeks constantly asking to follow up when we are expecting a delivery meanwhile paying builders day by day - the delay ended up costing an additional £300 in labor, unfortunetly all we ever received were apologies and empty promises! There is no urgency to provide you with what you have purchased and no solutions offered! Ergonomic are frankly unreliable and disappointing! I never received the item and asked for a full refund. I placed the same order with BHS Home Improvement and received the order within 10days.

Ordered cloakroom basin and waste. Kept informed of dispatch by Ergonomics and carriers. Items delivered the next day, very well packaged. Unfortunately, there was a fault with the basin but this was dealt with promptly and courteously by customer service and a replacement delivered the following day.

We found Ergonomic to be very straightforward to deal with. Another company had let us down with an order when a product was not available and had been discontinued (but they didn't tell us). By the time I spoke to Ergonomic I had already spoken to a couple of other companies who were keen to take my order, but vague about when/if they could supply. Ergonomic were able to tell me quickly that they could definitely supply it and when they could deliver, and the product was fairly priced. I received updates about the order and delivery times, it turned up on time and was packed well. We've had a LOT of drama with suppliers for our building work, so it's nice to finally have an order with no hassle - thanks Ergonomic!

One of the items was delivered damaged. I called ergonomic designs and sent a photo. The staff were professional, dealt with the problem and sent a replacement next day. Very happy the service. Nothing is perfect and things go wrong. It's how problems are dealt with that makes the difference. Not only were they helpful and efficient but their prices were the best I could find anywhere for the concealed cistern and push button.

Ordered an Ideal Standard bath based on previous customer reviews and the free returns policy (in case of fault). Ordering was no problem and communication to confirm the order and delivery requirements was efficient. A long story short and 4 baths later (from depots all over UK and Scotland) over a period of 3 weeks (due to my need for specific delivery days) and I finally have a bath with no damage. I cannot fault the Sales team who dealt with my queries and frustrations in a professional and friendly manner and organised everything as requested, offered alternatives and ensured that deliveries were arranged with additional checks and with an extremely quick response time. Was very reassuring to know that every time I rang up and spoke to different members of the team, they were fully up to speed and could update me immediately.. The couriers chosen were extremely well organised and gave a call an hour prior to delivery - Friendly and obliging at all times - again cannot fault the drivers.

Dealing with ED has proved to be a good experience so far. Although the enclosure is not yet fitted, everything seems to be included in the box and seems to be good quality. My dealings with their customer service were very good, they were very helpful when I had a query with delivery. My only gripe , if there is one, is that as a woman living alone the curbside delivery could have proved to be a problem if not for family living close by, there is no way I could have got the enclosure inside without the help if my family. The driver was unable to help once the pallet was unloaded from the vehicle. Had I not have had family living 7 miles away this would have been a huge issue.

I purchased a quite expensive roman infinity shower tray in a black finish. As a professional installer sometimes you have to get the customer what they want and this tray was the ideal match for their floor tiles. There was a few problems with it first off Ergonomic designs 8 working days to deliver the tray after I had to chase them up. When It came our work was delayed the tray was not worth what we paid, It swirls as a car gets over time it basically had been machine polished but the pad maybe wasn't clean so it marked the shower with small swirls. As we was behind on the work our customer accepted the tray as it was and we installed it. Roman showers did not help when I asked them and also don't reply to customer tweets. I got a basic service from Ergonomics I ordered they delivered although I had to chase them, the product for £380 odd from roman is absolute *****

Order delivered promptly and without problem at a competitive price. Easy company to contact, always someone readily available for any problems or queries, unlike some companies where the phone just rings and no-one gets back to you. Good overall experience.

As a young couple with our first home we have not been able to afford the shower we wanted. We came across this company and found the shower we wanted at an amazing price ! So we got it ... Got some shower components from them because I wanted proper brass and chrome instead of plastic fittings and although I haven't fitted them yet they appear to be very well made and superbly finished. The delivery service and follow up was excellent so (pending everything working as intended) I would definitely recommend, especially at the price level.
