Feb 26,2025Engineer was very helpful & friendly. He asked me why I didn't have a battery & then went on to explain that the company were repurposing battieres, etc and explained the situation to me clearly & advised what was involved wiht the purchase of the repurposed battery.

Feb 25,2025We down sized just over 3yrs ago to a house that has solar panels but knew nothing about them. We have learnt through our contact with ESE Solar how they work and what was needed. As the property needed completely re-modelling we waited until the time was right to have a storage battery installed. This has recently been done and the service from ESE has been brilliant, from the initial contact to the installation, we have been kept informed of dates and times and been updated of any changes. The work done was completed in a professional and considerate manner. Plus we were given a complete walk through the app and told exactly how it worked and what information was available to us. In this time of increasing energy costs its great to finally have use of the solar panels and know that the energy we are generating is going back into the house and not the grid. ESE are on hand should we have any issues so the future looks great.

Feb 20,2025Truly awful customer service. We pay ESE to service and maintain our solar system. Their repeated failure to respond to emails in a timely manner mean that we have been without generation for five months despite the fault being reported immediately and follow up emails Having now completed their compensation forms they have again failed to respond to repeated emails. Save yourselves the money you would pay to ESE and engage the services of another company or bank it and wait until you need an engineer and find a reliable one.

Feb 20,2025ESE Solar have been managing my solar panel system for over 5 years. They improved the wiring of the panels by changing them from in line to parallel, and introduced me to storage batteries for getting the most out of the power generated. Whoever I have dealt with, whether it be engineers on site or administration staff, they have always been friendly and communicative.

Feb 20,2025The Speed of the entire journey from quote to the Installation was quite amazing,now 3 months after I have contacted them for another Battery to be installed I'm so impressed with it as for after service during the the inclement weather that disturbed some of the bird netting on the panels they rectified as soon as the weather prevailed, I can't understand some of the poor reviews as my Experience has been 1st Class

Feb 19,2025Very good to have experienced and knowledgeable installers on site.I could have done with greater clarity between visits,having been given to understand that a single phone call after the installation would have the system up and running,whereas in fact a second visit was necessary.Very satisfied with the quality of materials and workmanship.
