what a waste of space paid for solar and battery pack got fitted then had the problems said i did not have maintenance package but was part of the deal after involving other govering body they finally agreed to maintenance package said they would apply this from my original start date guess what over 12 mths later still no contact. update issues now resolved 9/4/25 thank you tim bryne

When they came it was great but had to wait 2 months changed the inverter but that wasn't the problem it was another part of the problem another part of the units to they had fitted to keep the voltage correct and will come back to fix it.. very satisfied

The sales process was great and very informative and also the booking of the fit was very accommodating of our needs to change dates due to current building works. The install was good and they accommodated cable runs to our satisfaction well, although the hand over and app use was not so good and finding out how to use the control app is challenging.
My generation meter wasn’t working so I contacted ESE on 01.08.24, a new one was fitted on 22.10.24 and they returned on 13.11.24 to get the serial number (as this was not visible once fitted so had to be removed, obtained and replaced). Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional and I would have given 5 stars had there not have been such a delay and having to chase them.
if the engineer had arrived at an earlier date it would have been better. he found a switch off and now it seems better but early days. why was the switch off!!
Had the installation of solar and batteries in June. Was told we would get a Flexi-orb certificate so we could get an export agreement with energy suppliers that excepted them. Was even in the agreement we signed. Installation went fine and has been working fine. Paid the remaining bill outright and waited for the installation pack which included electrical and building certs, plus the flexi-orb certificate. Currently still waiting for the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate. After several emails and phone calls nothing has materialised. Was also told that we could not have a flexible-orb certificate as the scheme ended MAY 31st even though we signed an agreement saying we would get one in May for an installation in June. So currently not able to export unless I use Octopus who only give you a very low export rate if they accept your installation which I cannot because I don’t have the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate. Told each time a manager would call back and they would update my record to show I called and still waiting for certs. Never told at any time we would not receive the flexi-orb cert even though we expressly said we wanted to export excess back to grid and get paid. I suggest you avoid and pay a little extra and go with a MCS accredited installer. Don’t loose out like we did.
Was very early, luckily we were in! Efficiently completed the job. Friendly and helpful.....put in a light bulb that I couldn't reach.
Excellent quote with full explanations of every aspect of the proposed install Fitters knowledgable pleasant explained everything listened to any queries & answered an concerns neat install respectful whilst working inside our property Didn’t leave before fully explaining how to the system worked how to operate and manage it despite having and extremely long day themselves
It took a while to get as mutual date for the annual survey but all went well when the engineer came
Engineer was on time, explained what was wrong and solved the problem
