The proposal was well presented and the implementation efficient and well structured. The engineers were friendly and got the job done without issue. The app is clear and already shows that the system is paying for itself while helping the environment.

I'm waiting for a full day of sunshine so that I can assess whether the panels are working to their specified performance. I am still waiting for the scaffolding to be removed, I am now waiting for their 3rd appointment.

Aug 19,2024The ‘sales pitch’ was very persuasive and the price seemed reasonable, especially with the promise of £500/annum ‘carbon collection’. However, there was no consideration of the preparedness of our house for the installation of solar panels; all the wiring had already been installed. The installation went very smoothly and the team were very friendly. They told us that hours of work had been saved by the wiring being in situ. There was one surprise, though. We were told that we could have 18 panels fitted but it turned out that there was only room for 16 panels. Reducing the number of panels did not reduce the price by much. The after installation service has been virtually non-existant. It was two weeks before the scaffolding was removed and we are still waiting for the necessary paperwork. I feel that their prices are excessive and would strongly recommend that two or three quotes should be sought before agreeing to instal solar panels.

Aug 17,2024I had a little issue when I changed broadband suppliers and ESE Engineers came out promptly to fix this problem; I needed a new dongle. I also had a Smart Meter fitted they sorted out what the BG Engineer had done to one of the sensors; put it back upside down. I also had my annual review of my system and the engineer also told me how to enhance my system.
