Aug 15,2024The maintenance call was arrange in advance for a date and time to suit me. The engineer turned up on time and undertook the maintenance checks very promptly. He explained what he was doing as the checks went along. i declined the offer of a battery upgrade at the present time due to the state of my finances. He did not try to push the offer further, unlike many other companies do. I am very happy with the service provided by ESE, both for this visit and the previous ones.

Aug 12,2024ESE have replaced our old system with 15 panels, 2 inverters, 6 batteries and a Smart Miner. Install took 2 days. They worked hard and efficiently, always happy to chat and educate us about the system and the various Apps that comes with it. Had a few teething problems such as our original FIT meter being wired back in wrong but this was corrected within a week. We had Octopus come to fit a car charger and they had to video call a Technician to ensure they were doing it correctly as it's a charger that can take excess generation from the system instead of sending it back to the grid. The Tech guy said it was a very impressive system we had so that was reassuring. Overall we are very pleased with the whole thing and so glad we chose to update our 10 year old 4kw system with a 6.5kw system. Our bills are a quarter less at least! Just need it to be sunny and bright everyday! Can recommend ESE.

Aug 11,2024The engineers when they came were great. Got straight on with the job & fixed it in a timely fashion. The communication between the office & the engineers however was not so good. It seems to be the case with a lot of companies I find. The people who do the job are spot on, the office staff not so! (they don't seem to listen!)
