Jul 30,2024With so many scams, it is important to be sure who you are talking to. I first received a voice message which enabled me to check the number before the main call on my home phone. I spoke to Angie who introduced herself and gave me further information that enabled me to confirm who I was talking to. Unlike many callers who race to get your attention, mumbling their text, she spoke slowly and clearly, enabling me to hear properly what she was saying, and giving me time to consider the options open to me. When I had made my choice, she patiently helped me through the payment process and told me exactly what next to expect. Angie was friendly and professional, and easy to converse with, giving me confidence that I had made the right choice.

Jul 30,2024There was no pressure to buy anything but an item was mentioned and how it might benefit me. I accepted the suggestion of an extra battery and an appointment was agreed. The men turned up spot on time, they were polite and professional and fixed the battery in no time. I was very pleased with the way I was kept informed during the whole process and a follow up phonecard to make sure I was satisfied.

Jul 30,2024The guy that came was on time and very polite, he checked out my solar equipment ,and found it working OK .he mentioned about adding another battery storage unit to the one I have, it was a good offer and he didn't push the sale to hard ,I did say I will think about it, in all I was very satisfied with the way it went.
