Jul 08,2024I was contacted to agree a date and time to my convenience. Confirmed and reminded going ahead. Engineer arrived within said hours. Showed ID. Curtiously Introduced himself and why he was here. Went about his business. Checking all equipment in loft and metres etc. Suggested a battery back up. Which because of my age and financed I declined. Appreciated no pressure given.

Jul 07,2024appaling service, excuse after excuse. Avoid. Finally installed a month late. However, electricians (self-employed I believe) were excellent. Complaints to ESE ignored, old meter removed without making note of reading so I lose out on FIT payment, and then company query whether I am telling the truth! Do not use this company

Jul 07,202410 panel solar a one battery system installed last February. Has been working like a charm, accrued some welcome return with carbon offset monitor and electric bill drastically slashed, many days creating well above our usage. In addition our EPC has gone from an F to a high C and we are told when the battery storage in recognised in the new year we will achieve a B ! ESE have been excellent from start to finish. Quick half day panel instal with very professional electrician completing complete system and checks within day. Tidy job too. ESE were the first company to respond to our initial solar panel enquiry and the only company that offered on site survey without us pushing for it. Though not the cheapest after 5 other quotes they gave me the most confidence and listened to what we wanted. Clearly communicating through whole process and afterwards when we had silly questions. Excellent Will be using them again when we move house. Thank you ESE

Jul 06,2024A little later than expected for a free annual review (as part of the original 10 year agreement) - its been over 18 months since installation but all went well, confirmed the system all working as needed and further explanations from the visiting Engineer helped my understanding of the system capabilities.

Jul 06,2024The first call by their engineer occurred while I was at home, but he did not manage to get my attention - I'm not sure why! However on the second call he got me right away, and completed his inspection quickly and efficiently.

Jul 09,2024The entire experience, from placing my order through to installation (and beyond!) was painless. The only way this could've been better was if the battery had been free! Great communication throughout, workmen kept my home clean and tidy, and they both checked that I understood the control app before they left. Seriously, I'd give more stars if I could!
