Aug 06,2024Install was ok, despite delays but that’s as good as good as it gets! Once you’ve made the final payment they show little interest in completion of the finite detail written in their brochure they presented to us. Total credibility of the company lost and I’d advise anyone, on that basis, to steer clear! Can’t commit, then don’t document it! Transparency and credibility was what we were looking for in a company we signed up to, disappointing to say the least. If you choose this company, I hope their end to end performance in customer service is better for you, good luck!
