Always a great experience with ESE, no matter what the questions the engineers or customer service always answer any of my questions and have helped me a lot with looking after my solar panels, given I didn’t have a clue what to do with them once my dad had passed

The 2 gentlemen who came to put a new battery into my home were very helpful and the work was done very quickly. They explained the system to me.
I liked the clear survey and the installation went well. Unfortunately the survey is not accurate enough so some panels needed to move to other areas of the roof. The system works well, generates and stores as expected. The app is clear to understand. Disappointingly 5+ months on from installation I am still not exporting due to bureacracy and poor communication. The certification from ESE took a while, then Octupus energy delayed another 2 months and finally when submitted to the grid, there is some hitch with ESE registration of the scheme, so its round again! Meanwhile someone somewhere is enjoying my free excess energy.

I had solar panels and a battery system installed. The installation process was straight forward and the system works. The maintenance package and the carbon offsetting technology are a real plus. Although at the moment, 1 month after installation, I still haven't received the documentation for SEG payments, and the electricity is just going to the grid with no payments for myself. I was told at the time of the quote that it was only going to be a matter of a couple of days after the final payment for the system, but it's been a month and still haven't had the certificate. The other downside was that there were no interest-free loans available, unlike some of the competitors.
