Jun 15,2024Our system works great, but we have had quite a few issues not ese groups fault, the inverter had a fault, it took months for ese to diagnose the issue by which time my batteries had fully deleted causing them to fail, which was just before Xmas so took weeks to have them fixed. The batteries got swapped and the system is working but the batteries were refurbs and after a few weeks of being installed were showing less amp hours than they should be. The hanchu dongles weren't working so I had an engineer swap them last week, since then I haven't heard anything. ESE technical department take ages to respond to tickets, it takes weeks / months to get things sorted.

Jun 14,2024Initially we were told it could be done with no scaffolding then scaffolders turned up with no warning. And it took a week for scaffolding to be removed after job was finished. But ESE expert was v good and solved what could have been a big problem- another failure in the original specification. And he returned a week later to get the system fully on line and accessible from my phone. All working well now.
