Mar 25,2023EstateGuru is a long term leader on real estate financing solutions. Its true that lately some projects are on default, but nevertheless we, the investors, allways have full reports. The recovery index from the past are very high, as the interests. Recommendable and worthy, but only for people that don't suffer from "Possible Lost Aversion". Patience allways pay back.

Mar 25,2023When I joined the reviews were great and I got roped in. I was menat to have 10% return on investment now the loan, like many others, is on default and I just received an email saying that on average they get 9.6% back. So I went from + 10% to -90%. Stay away like the plague.

Mar 24,2023Looks like a scam, I tried my first investment and guess what?? I didn’t get my money back… all loans are in default and the last update says, “borrower is not willing to pay the loan”.. how can that be my business, you have my money give me back my money!!!!🤨

De momento el dinero no aparece en mi perfil y tampoco recibo ningún mail de respuesta a mis preguntas sobre este tema. Llevo varios años invirtiendo en plataformas de este tipo y es la primera vez que me ocurre algo así ya que normalmente siempre en dos o tres días como MAXIMO el dinero aparece en la cuenta. Estoy esperando que el dinero aparezca en la plataforma para retirarlo sin invertir ni un solo euro. Tras este inicio no me inspira ninguna confianza este sitio.

Mar 16,2023Buena opción para invertir en inmobiliario sin tener que andar comprando viviendas y manteniendolas con el tiempo y la dedicación que ello supone. Estateguru son muy serios y te exige casi nada de tiempo,a logo muy a tener en cuenta a la hora de invertir.

Mar 15,2023Been an investor for over a 3 years. It was good until my portfolio has been hit with defaulted loans. Now over a third is in defaulted state. So all the profit been wiped if I wanted to sell with 35% discount. It seems dodgy deals what management do with investors money.

Mar 06,2023Never invest here. Very bad service. You will never get your investments back. After Estate Guru Reply - Ohh yes you guys just copy paste these fake things instead of working on ground. I invested for 1 year but you guys have blocked my money and not I am not able to get my money back for last 2 years. And don't mention your service email. I have contacted them multiple times but everytime same boring reply instead concrete actions or readiness for help.

Mar 04,2023mi trovo molto bene con Estateguru; e' un ottima piattaforma con ottimi rendimenti. Ho iniziato ad investire una somma di denaro mensilmente per un progetto a lunghissimo termine (30 anni). L'unico dubbio che mi assale e' che mi rimane molto difficile pensare ad una lungimiranza di questa società per tutti questi anni. spero di sbagliarmi.
