I know how it works so definitely will invest some of my portfolio with EG after our projects will be finished. Loan collateral is a real estate, what can be more secure ? Just do not put all your eggs in one bin.

Mar 01,2023I am very happy with the service of my loan manager which fast answer me. I borrow money for small apartments already for 2.5 years and have never paid to late and rent out those apartments,,only thing i am not so happy with is that they become more stricter then bank and only give me 60 percent ltv on small apartments that should be easy to liquidate if any defaults. But overall i am happy with them.I operate in Estonian market.

Feb 20,2023Horrible. 100% de mi cartera en bancarrota. Y cogi proyectos segun sus baremos como muy fiables, no fui a los proyectos de mas riesgo y por tanto mas ganancia potencial. Cuando quiebran tienes literalmente cero atencion, cero explicaciones, cero gestion para indicarte como vas a recuperar algo de tu inversion o si es que acaso tienes posibilidad de recuperar algo ... Ademas hace pocos meses han cambiado la plataforma de pagos y cobros y te meten ademas comisiones POR RETIRAR TU PROPIO DINERO!!! Es de locos... Si hubiera guardado mi dinero bajo el colchon hace un año solo habria perdido un 8% por la inflación lo que significa que ya habria ganado un 92% mas de lo que me ha proporcionado Estateguru. Si quieres tu dinero huye de esta plataforma.

I also appreciate the fact that EG is trying to make sure that its investors' portfolios are diversified. You cannot underestimate the importance of that! Have been investing for many years and I will continue to do that.

Feb 16,2023Gewoon een ramp. Ik adviseer iedereen hier weg te blijven. Sinds ongeveer 1 jaar investeer ik hier en de helft is in default. Ook nog een deel te laat met terugbetalen, zeker geen aanrader.
