Dec 01,2022it is simply the place where you can go and be the bank for some real-estate developer/project, having reasonable amount of information about the project and the developer to make an informed decision. and you can do it just with a few euros, no need to have millions. site is great , there are new loans weekly ( even every 2-3 days sometimes ), which is great for this type of investing. how detailed the info is I would illustrate with the fact that you see the full appraisal report in full detail :-) ( well in the original language, of course )

Nov 22,2022Unter dem Strich eine gute Möglichkeit die Investitionen zu diversifizieren. Das gelegentlich Schuldner zu spät oder gar nicht zahlen liegt wohl an der Art des Geschäfts. AAA Kreditnehmer würden kaum 10+% Zins bezahlen. Zwei Kritikpunkte: - Geldtransfers dauern nach meiner Erfahrung drei Banktage. Das ist eher wie 1982 denn wie 2022 - Vom Abschluss der Finanzierung bis zum erfolgten Investments dauert es teilweise zwei Wochen. Auch das ist sehr lange.

Nov 18,2022Estate Guru have always responded quickly to my emails and are very transparent with all the developments wrt showing information on late payments and defaults. I have been investing on the platform for over two years and I am very happy with the returns made so far. The investment process is simple, with details given for each project to help with the investment decision. It is possible to invest small amounts in numerous projects hence spreading the risk. There is also an auto invest feature to simplify the investment process.

Nov 16,2022All goes smooth and there havn`t been any problems. All is explained very well. Only thing what is little bit confussing is that, most emails are in German language, and only in platform are in Latvian(or choosen language).

Nov 16,2022I use estate guru for more than a year now. I have around 50 investments and 63% are late from 15 to 200 days. I diversified my investment among loans, but performance is quite bad (current vs late) In my opinion, EstateGuru grew too fast. Let's see how it ends.

Dec 02,2022If I'm being invited to give a review after only 1 week, while my investments take minimum 12 months to pay out and so only be then allow me to see if estateguru can make up to their promises, this is automatically a 1-star review, as estateguru is basically inviting = using me, to lure-in new investors, while giving me zero opportunity to really asses their true performance. This also means: ANY review here "by invitation", is totally worthless regarding - % performance - and the MOST IMPORTANT: Estateguru's performance on collecting late payments / turning LTV security into cash. Thats the ONLY thing which matters at the end. -- The only thing I can review for now is the user friendly application, the easy to use auto-invest feature, the details provided on the investment assets.
