Estateguru is the leading Pan-European marketplace facilitating property-backed loans for SMEs and carefully selected investment opportunities for our global investor base. We are developing a digital and borderless ecosystem for real estate financing and investing in Europe and beyond. By connecting different service providers, SMEs and investors into one single marketplace, we can offer something unique that other financial institutions cannot – the seamless, cross-border and digital service for borrowers and investors. The team consists of over 80 professionals from across the globe, and based in Berlin, Manchester, Helsinki, Yerevan, Tallinn (HQ), Riga, and Vilnius.
In realizing our philosophy that investing should be attainable for everyone, we allow investments of as little as €50, while also working with established institutional investors and some of the largest real-estate developers in Europe. Our aim is to make investment simple, democratic, transparent and safe. Through comprehensive due diligence, and careful selection protocols, we have facilitated investor returns of over €58,000,000, at an annual average return of over ten percent.

Nov 09,2022My experience has been quite positive so far. I'm enjoying the intuitive interface and the ability to finetune the parameters of my investment strategy. The investor relations manager Eva is helpful and responsive. I have been placing my funds into small loans with the auto invest feature and picking the larger loans manually. Some ideas for further improvement: – More finetuning for automatic investments, e.g. the option to invest only in cities and exclude suburban and countryside properties – The possibility to select trusted borrowers and favour them in your auto invest settings

Nov 08,2022It is quite easy to use, but i lost my trust in german properties. I try now only inviest in Estonian properties as I have 3 properties (german) waiting to be paid for already many months. Another thing that I would like to see, is a clear picture is when I get the interest back, from which property is coming. I can't see clearly that. The look and feel is modern but I would appreciate more useful stats.

Would be more happy if projects were funded faster as some of them take several days or even weeks before the funds are transferred

Nov 01,2022Have been investing in this platform for around 3 years with around 50eur automatic investment. 20% of all my investments are in default, so all the gains from interest rates are lost with defaulted loans. Hopefully, the rest of the loans do not default and I can take at least the majority of my investments. Unfortunately, they do not show the lost amount in €, only in the amount of loans.

Oct 24,2022My first and only investment with Estateguru has gone in "default" , provided information is very blurry, for the last 6 months we are told they have not been able to contact the borrower. Now they are awaiting the collection company to take over the debt collection process and consider the potential purchase of the loan claim, they say they will provide an asnwer within 6 months. Very disappointed

Sep 23,2022Their phone rarely answers. It does not have an auto answer. I could contact them by their Estonian office phone only after many attempts. My loan is overdue for 200 days and they only give non-informative answers by email.

Sep 15,2022I've been investing through Estateguru for four years (, every now and then also through other portals). Still continue to invest through EG, still recommend them to people. Have also taken on the opportunity to become a shareholder when EG has been raising through Seerds and have guided some friends and family to do the same. I guess that would make me an EG ambassador.
