Nov 29,2024We have used Ever Pretty now twice for bridesmaid dresses and both times have been really impressed. The sizes have always been fine (note look at the measurements they give not the sizes as they advise) and they are fairly priced. It’s also been nice for us to choose different styles in the same colour to suit everyone’s body shape.

Nov 29,2024Delivery was on time , the dress I ordered was beautiful, I returned a item for a bigger size and I explained that this was for a wedding and the were very quick. The only one thing I will say is that the zip at the back of the dress, half way up there is a seem , which Is a real obstacle to pull zip through, that's why I had to change up a size , therefore I suggest stronger metal zips on this product.

Nov 29,2024This is the third time I used Ever Pretty for matching outfits for business awards galas. We always make a great impression in those dresses. The quality is high enough for red carpet appearance, the price is low enough for us to buy more. Never had a issue with the orders , other than lost package by a local delivery man, however Ever Pretty replaced the order straight away. I would and I do recommend the stunning dresses for any occasion.

Nov 28,2024Total joke! The refund process is a total nightmare! Sent it back and had to prove i sent it back by sending a copy of the receipt, thankfully I paid for tracking and can see if arrived on the 19th of Nov! I have no received an email that they got it and when I email them it keeps bouncing back by saying the email is no longer in use. I then tried to ring and of course the phone number isn't in use! So where do I go from here???? Update* Contact has been made by Ever Pretty and a refund is apparently on its way.

Nov 27,2024Purchased a dress which was very nice, it was a bit too big when I received it. I asked for an exchange and returned the original purchase. The exchange got here quickly. They were good to work with. I will use them again.

Nov 26,2024Bought my bridesmaid dresses from here back in August this year they were all true to size apart from one but the issue was easily resolved after I returned the dress and exchanged it for another dress I had no issues with communicating with them regarding g this issue good quality dress and not over budget

Nov 26,2024Do not buy directly from this company!!! The returns process is ridiculous, you have to email for permission, then they need proof of postage even AFTER they have received the parcel back. Thankfully I paid extra for recorded and signed for delivery so I have proof they’ve received it. I have also taken pictures of what the dresses looked like in the parcel to ensure they don’t try and claim any issues. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for a refund despite them having the dresses back. Oh and they charge a repackaging charge… meaning you pay for them to repackage it again for someone else!

Nov 26,2024I was very sceptical at first as the prices of the wedding dresses were so reasonable. But as our wedding was all organised last minute (even after being together for 40years!), we decided to go for it. I ordered two sizes as I didn’t have time to order one then another as we live in Italy. The only thing is that I had to pay quite a bit to return the one dress which was too large. The quality was beautiful and fitted so well and everyone couldn’t believe the price. Thanks for helping to make our wedding day so special Ever-Pretty. We would use you again if ever the occasion arose!

Nov 25,2024I bought a dress from here as I was a bridesmaid. All of the bridesmaids loved the dress, they were affordable, the quality was great, the sizes were inclusive. I did have to size up quite a bit but it was fine. I bought a few different sizes and sent the ones back which didn’t fit. The return process was really easy and smooth and I got my refund quickly too. I would highly recommend ever pretty and I couldn’t say a bad word about them!

Nov 24,2024I had not heard of Ever-Pretty before, so I was nervous about ordering. However, our daughter’s wedding was quickly approaching and I had to have a dress. I found the one I loved at a great price and took the chance. It arrived in just a few days. It needed steamed, but that was it! The gown was beautiful, great quality and fit perfectly! I will certainly recommend Ever-Pretty and use them again!

Nov 23,2024Dress when it arrived was lovely. However they need to get their act together! Contacted them regarding shipping as not heard anything after 7 days! As I was speaking to an advisor online I received a shipping update email. The next day got another email to say that my dress had been refunded….no reason what so ever! Contacted online customer services again who told me that the item was being delivered the next day by yodel. The dress arrived and then I had an email for confirmation of order delivery and they then sent me an invoice for the dress. I’ve told them that the invoice will be paid after receiving the refund which takes 10 working days. Sort your selves out, it’s a shame really as never had any issues with previous orders and the dresses are lovely but the faff chasing them and refund/invoices has put me off

Nov 23,2024I’m so impressed by the quality of the dresses and the customer service of this company! I ordered two dresses for my bridesmaids, one didn’t fit so I reached out on the online chat on the website, I had a response so quickly and within a few minutes had already organised my exchange. I posted back the dress and showed proof of my receipt to them by email, they responded back again really quickly confirming the new dress had been shipped. I usually hate having to do online exchanges or returns but they made this so painless, thank you

Dec 03,2024I ordered at the beginning of November, 6 bridesmaid dresses, a week after it was sent out for shipping there was no progress made when looking at the tracking number so I emailed them and asked if they can find out anything on their side in case the package was lost. They told me I had to wait Until the two week mark and that I would have to deal with USPS directly. I reached out to USPS and they were no help so I reached back out to ever pretty and the second rep I got was reasonable was able to confirm that the package was lost and that they could give me a refund. I waited another week for my refund and nothing was happening on my statement so I had to reach out to USPS again to report my package missing and then reach back out to ever pretty with proof that I’ve attempted to resolve this on every end. Finally, after a month, I’ve gotten my money back Unfortunately, it took so long that I have to pay interest on the charge. I understand things can get lost in the mail. I just wish that they had actually returned my money when they said they did and that I didn’t have to reach out TWICE To get what was rightfully mine back. $300 held up due to their incompetence. Originally they said it would take 5-10 days for the refund to process. I had to contact USPS to initiate the refund for a second time on the 13 day after they confirmed that they’d refund me and you might have to do the same if your order goes wrong.
