Nov 22,2024I ordered a total of 4 dresses but only needed one to work out. The dresses fit well and the product description is so helpful in determining your size. The other three dresses I need to return. The return process was super quick and easy! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Nov 21,2024Warning, you have to pay for your returns - so be careful of not ordering multiple sizes, etc. to see what might fit as it will cost a fortune to return what you don't want. You also have to jump through hoops through the return (send a picture of your package, the tracking #, email them to initiate, etc.)

Nov 21,2024I love my dress! I ordered the first time the wrong size and had to ship it back and pay the shipping fee but it was very beautiful and very nice quality. The customer service team were so nice and polite and were very speedy with the replies for me to swap out for a smaller size. I got the dress 5 days after the exchange and I am very happy with the overall experience! I will make a suggestion to the ones reading my review you should get your dress fitted to you if you can. My smaller dress was a little bigger on my top half than I would like so I will be getting it altered before my event. If you get it fitted to you then you won’t have to worry about the costly alterations later.

Nov 21,2024Hard to return as they failed to reply to email requesting return details since they don’t provide return address on site. You also have to pay for your own return and pay for tracked postage. I also had a surprise tax invoice for customs payments 2 weeks after dresses arrived. Dresses were poor thin quality and wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from them

Nov 19,2024I’m looking for a wedding dress for next May 2025 and I’ve been ordering several dresses at a time from either Debenhams or Ever Pretty. I’ve received very good service from them on their delivery times and the ease of their returns systems too. Unfortunately I’ve not found one I like yet.

Nov 18,2024I looked on everpretty for my bridesmaid dresses. I order a few different styles to try and they came very quickly. I chose the styles I wanted and sent the others back hastle free. I ordered my 4 bridesmaid dresses. They came very quickly and the quality of the material is very high. They look stunning and were excellent value for money.

Nov 16,2024I was struggling to find a bridesmaid dress that I liked and matched the colour the bride wanted, so I purchased a first dress in a lighter colour and exchanged it for a darker colour. Not only the whole process was smooth but the dresses are exactly as the pictures show! Really happy with everything and would definitely buy again!

Nov 16,2024Ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses from here, colours were great, dresses were a good price and good quality and the delivery was as detailed. We needed to exchange the size for one of the dresses, this was easy to do via email and the new dress arrived quickly. We also returned one dress which was refunded quickly. Would happily use this company again.

Nov 16,2024I purchased 3 lovely bridesmaids dresses which all arrived quite promptly. Unfortunately, one had a large pull in the front so I asked for a replacement. Because this was going to be a replacement I had to create my own label and it was requested that I pay for tracked postage and then email over a copy of the proof of postage. This was quite expensive and I felt that as it was not my fault that the item came to me damaged, I should not be expected to pay for postage. I emailed customer services about this to see if anything could be done and I have not had a response regarding this which is disappointing.

Nov 23,2024I ordered a gown for a black tie wedding that I am to be attending. I ordered with expedited shipping as I had little time until the event. The dress was shipped the next day. Although my order got lost within the post office, the customer service team with Ever Pretty was absolutely top notch. They addressed my concerns within a timely manner, worked with me in contacting the post office, and ultimately issued a refund as the dress was not found. I would 100% shop with this company again in the future.
