Jan 28,2025I've had a pretty good experience with ever-pretty. I purchased 2 different dresses for an upcoming wedding I'm apart of and had to return them both (at my own expense), one for a refund (the style didn't suit) and one for an exchange (different size) and it was easy peasy. It probably only took a week, from the first message to me recieving my refund. The customer service rep I've been in touch with has been really friendly and helpful with good response times and has managed to answer any questions I've had. While the quality of the dresses feels well made/not cheaply made I would give extra attention to dresses with diamantes on as a few had come lose (presumably due to transit). And lastly, it's definitely worth measuring yourself and checking that the INDIVIDUAL dresses measurments are suitable for you (as bridesmaid dresses in general can run small) and the bigger size dress I ordered, fit tighter than the other dress I ordered in a size below, due to the different styles. All in all, I would definitely order with them again and I'm happy with my purchases!

Jan 28,2025I ordered a custom made dress to wear to a formal wedding. It arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I felt like a princess and I was just a guest. I received many compliments on the style and cut of the dress. I will go back to Ever-Pretty for my next event! There are so many beautiful dresses to choose from. I was amazed at the array of colors and styles.

One’s natural instinct, when faced with such bargain pricing, is to envision garments of dubious quality—perhaps even verging on the threadbare. But oh, what a revelation it was! The dresses were positively charming! Their size range is commendable, though I would caution that the fit leans ever so slightly smaller than one might find at one’s usual British high street emporiums. Thankfully, their size guide is a beacon of clarity, guiding even the most bewildered shopper to sartorial success. As for the matter of returns (yes, I did order multiple colors—one cannot be confined to a single hue when deciding one’s aesthetic for an event!), the process, while involving a touch more effort than one might hope, was rendered a delight thanks to the exemplary customer service. I reached out to initiate my return and, darlings, received a response within the hour! The items were shipped on Friday, and by Sunday morning—yes, Sunday morning—my refund was processed. The team was warm, accommodating, and refreshingly competent. A word to the wise: do familiarize yourself with the returns policy. It’s all clearly stated, and as I always say, one mustn’t bemoan the consequences of one’s own inattention to detail. Read it, absorb it, and all shall be well. At first, I feared Ever Pretty to be a flimsy mirage of an online retailer—perhaps even a scam! But oh, how mistaken I was. For the price, the dresses are nothing short of lovely, and their customer service is simply flawless. A triumph!

Jan 25,2025For a UK company, im pretty disappointed. I ordered 6 dresses to try (bridal). Honestly I was pretty shocked at the quality of 5 out of the 6 dresses. It was like they were from Primark/Select. I wasnt expecting luxury but it seems they are priced higher than the quality. Ive got better quality dresses at Quiz. Upon returning, buyer pays for return. Ok, some companies do this but then they charge 10% restocking fee, which is honestly ridiculous. Its costing me £40 to send 6 dresses back and then they ask you to pack them specifically, so that restocking fee doesnt mean I can just pack the awful dresses up and send them back. Im disappointed. Id get it if this was not a UK company. But they are. Pretty dismissive over chat too when its queried saying its stated on their website, which it is but you have to hunt for it and it only states 'may be a restocking fee' I wont use Ever Pretty again. We'll see if I get my refund.

Jan 25,2025Ordered a red dress for a work conference originally for the size I thought I was, but unfortunately when it arrived, it did not fit. I emailed the customer service team to originally raise a return request and they got back to me promptly with my options, one of them being an exchange depending on measurements which I happily accepted because I really liked this dress. Granted, I had to pay for postage to return the dress that didn’t fit but they processed the exchange as soon as I emailed with proof of postage and it was delivered to me within 48 hours. The dress fit perfectly and am totally in love with it. The customer service team were very quick and efficient in response and helped me with my purchase to find the right size dress. Thank you🙏

Jan 25,2025The dresses are nice but be aware that the returns policy is terrible. I ordered altogether 10 dresses due to not knowing sizes/what style to go for and sent 7 back. There is a deduction on your refund 10-20% depending on how many dresses for ‘restocking fee’ and they expect you to pay the shipping fee (£25 for 2 parcels as it has to be tracked!) and then an extra 15% deduction cost me around £60 in total to send them back. Most places have free returns and I’ve never heard of this ‘restocking’ fee with every other company I’ve shopped with. What a rip off.

Die Maße zu nehmen war ganz leicht, da auf der Seite alles erklärt ist. Die Verarbeitung und die Qualität vom Stoff sind toll. Ich habe das Kleid angezogen und mich sofort darin wohlgefühlt. Sollte ich noch einmal ein Kleid für besondere Anlässe brauchen, werde ich wieder hier bestellen. Auch die Lieferung kam im angegebenen Zeitraum. 5 Sterne von mir!

Jan 24,2025Gorgeous dresses, really good quality, stunning colours. Comfortable, look incredible on my bridesmaids. Ordered sizes between 8-22. Not sure how people are saying they couldn't return sizes, I have returned a few - they have a UK warehouse to return to so only costs small parcel (around £5) which is a small price to pay in my opinion. They've been really helpful, good communication and I really appreciate that!

CONS The exchange service needs working on as there was a lot of confusion over what I’d returned and what was exchanged, which was frustrating but all in all very happy

Jan 23,2025Stupidly I did not read the terms for buying the dress for my wife, so I am left with a £60 dress I cannot return, but tbf this is the 21st century and their policy is ridiculous. The fact I purchased a standard sized dress regardless whether it was tailored or not i.e no measurements of my wife, were given to everpretty for the dress other than I ordered a large, I should be able to return it, it's not like they cannot resell it, their policy is absurd. All I want to do is return the dress and get the next size up but they have refused. A hard lesson I learned but a warning for anyone buying a standard size dress of s m l etc from these guys: if it does not fit you are stuck with it, my advice is to stay clear of this company unless you are absolutely certain the dress will fit!
