And what a quick and helpful response I got, they went over and above to help me through the process from start to finish, and the exchanges were quick and stress-free. Will be forever grateful. Dec 15,2024I ordered 2 dresses from Ever Pretty. Unfortunately (due to my own error of not reading the shipping time frame) the dresses arrived after the event I needed them for. I needed to return the dresses, and having read previous reviews about the return procedure being difficult I was apprehensive - HOWEVER, it was actually very easy. I contacted ever pretty using their website chat box to get the return started. The communication was instant, with clear instructions. After emailing a photo of my post office receipt, I received confirmation from ever pretty and a full refund appeared my in account only a couple of days later. Fantastic customer service! I would use ever pretty again!

Dec 14,2024I recently purchased 3 dresses from Ever Pretty. I read all reviews prior to processing my purchase but was still unsure which size to order. I order two dress of the size as per reviews and one a size down. I also ordered a different dress. The quality of all 3 dresses are fantastic, the speed of deliver was impressive for the impending holiday season too. I kept one dress but needed to return the others, I emailed Ever Pretty. They responded the same day and gave clear instructions of return. They have had constant open channels of communication, they team have been really friendly and exceptionally helpful. My refund has gone through and I cam see it pending. Communication is excellent. I am very impressed with this company fantastic levels of service would highly recommend them!!

Dec 13,2024I ordered two dresses both of which were beautiful but sadly nether fitted. I experienced an issue in returning them as the bar code was not recognised at the Post Office. I wrote to Ever-Pretty to request assistance and they were straight off the blocks in terms of getting back to me and in following up to ensure I had managed to make the return. Their customer service is exemplary, down to earth and responsive and I feel that many larger companies could learn a lot from Ever-Pretty. I have awarded five stars for the experience even though I did not get buy the dresses!

Dec 12,2024DO NOT SHOP HERE! They sent the wrong dress, I emailed them PHOTOS of what they sent and they straight up said it was the right dress, it couldn’t be more different. Will not refund, will not fix or make it right, straight up gas lit me. Absolutely terrible. PLACE IS A SCAM!!

Being told it would be 5-10 working days! Well I’m still waiting.. terrible service and would never order from you again! Just want my money back!

Dec 11,2024Ordered a dress however sizes are very small therefore it didn’t fit. Returned the item as per instructions ie label has to be easy identified when they open the parcel , send them proof of posting ie picture of the Royal Mail receipt and tracking number, 5 days later after emailing them they confirmed that they have indeed received the parcel and I will receive my refund in 5-10 business days. 3 weeks and 4 emails later and I’m still awaiting my refund. Would never order from them again!

Dec 10,2024In my own experience, the quality of clothes is disappointing. Beware if you need to return items - it’s expensive to do + time consuming. Not nearly as forgiving as other clothes companies.

Dec 09,2024Purchased a dress online. The dress was pretty and looked well made but I didn't like the color and there were too many sparkles so I sent it back wirh the tags on. They require the customers to pay return shipping and original shipping They also deducted 20 dollars from the original price i payed when they issued my return. So essentially, I paid 60 dollars to try on a dress. Won't use this company again.

Dec 08,2024Ordered a dress in two different sizes and neither of them fit. So i took them to the post office and paid to send them back. It's been 3 weeks now and I have not got my money back. I sent them tracking number and then screenshot of royal mail to prove that it was delivered at their warehouse. They keep telling me that it has been processed and I have to wait 5-10 business days. It has been longer than that and I still do not have my money. Would never order from them again!

Dec 06,2024I ordered this beautiful dress for a wedding. I'd read the mixed reviews for Ever Pretty so I looked for the dress online and bought it through Amazon even though Ever Pretty was still the seller. Yodel delivered it today to me and when I opened the plastic pack there were drops of water all over the pack on the inside. I then took the dress out and it was soaking wet. Truly disappointed in Ever Pretty.

Dec 05,2024I ordered this beautiful dress for my nieces wedding, I had to exchange it for a different size due to my bust measurement and having to get a special plunge bra to wear with the dress. Customer service was great. The dress was made well and I love the bit of shimmer in the dusty blue fabric. The dress was perfect for an afternoon Autumn wedding in the midwest.

Dec 03,2024I ordered a few dresses from here for a wedding. When they arrived they were clearly from China. Arriving in dribs and drabs like SHEIN does. I started arranging to send back the dresses I did not want to keep (returns aren't free, FYI) and was advised I would be charged a restocking fee. Being in the UK, this is not legal practice under our consumer laws. So I made them aware of this and was told they would "waive the restocking fee in a one off gesture of goodwill". Hardly a GOGW if it's not legal to assert it in the first place. In the end up I paid over £50 for a dress (that is not worth that in its quality) that is around £20 on SHEIN. If you search "Ever Pretty" on SHEIN, you can find all their stuff on there. I wanted to avoid shopping from SHEIN so wish I'd done my research first.
