Jan 09,2025Beautiful dresses at great prices! Had to exchange twice for sizing. I misplaced by proof of return from post office. It was needed as mother of the groom dress and the wedding was approaching quickly. They exchanged my dress before receiving my return! Excellent customer service!!

Jan 09,2025Received the dress that I ordered in a couple of days, for my granddaughter 16th birthday in the state. When I try to put it on I realised that I had ordered the wrong size, so disappointed. However emailed mark on customer service and he was very helpful and said I could return it back as soon as I got to the UK. The return was very easy, the money was refund straight into my bank in a couple of days. I found the service very good. 10/10 Thank you Mark

Jan 08,2025Received my order very quickly. Unfortunately the dress didn't suit me but was easy to arrange the return with the online chat. Notification of my refund being processed received the day after I returned it. Excellent service would order from again

Jan 02,2025Never received the item, and when I emailed them to tell them about it, they told me to get in contact with a Chinese courier they used who did not receive emails as the email address wasn't active, and they had no contact number!! Basically told me it wasn't their responsibility and I had to sort it out myself, despite it being THEIR courier. Keep clear.

Dec 23,2024Dresses fit and look nothing like the pictures. And beware of extra non-refundable charges like "tip". Joke. Tip...for arriving late and charging me $23 for a return. Won't order from here again.

Dec 22,2024I needed dresses for 7 bridesmaids and Ever Pretty offered a great range of dress styles for all body types, in a great variety of colourways, at great prices. I ordered from stock, rather than bespoke, and was really impressed with the quality of the dresses. Importantly, my bridesmaids really liked them too. On top of that the speed of delivery was great, even heading into the Christmas period. I will have to get a couple taken up as they came up long, but this is still more cost effective than buying elsewhere. I did order a couple of dresses in more than one size as a couple of bridesmaids had to order a size up than normal and weren't convinced. In the end though we did find their size guide very accurate. The online customer service chat was speedy and efficient and the refunds required processed quickly. Overall I was very impressed and have since recommend to many other potential brides.

Dec 22,2024I needed this dress at the last minute, Amazon soonest delivery was 2 days after I needed it. Emailed and called the company. Immediately response, solved my problem immediately. Was able to pick the dress up at their warehouse. Dress fit PERFECTLY!! Very impressed with Customer service, description and fit of the dress. Highly recommend this company! Thank you!!

Dec 20,2024I ordered two dresses on November 30th for a holiday party. Neither dress has arrived. When I reached out to Ever Pretty to request a refund, they have said they have no control over the parcel once it's with a courier. However, it has been three weeks and I want a refund.

Dec 19,2024I am so pleased with my dress I ordered for my son’s wedding! It was pretty AND comfortable! I was worried about ordering such an important dress, online… so I ordered 2 sizes of the same dress. They both fit, but one fit better than the other one! I was so grateful to Every-Pretty…. I was a tad late returning the extra dress, due to medical issues with my dad. They still let me return it for a full refund! Excellent customer service, and great dresses! If I ever need anything else… this will be my go to, and will also recommend it to others. Thanks Ever-Pretty!

Dec 19,2024I’ve ordered from this website twice, but I really don’t like their return process. It’s complicated and requires multiple steps. They ask for a tracking number, which forces you to use First Class Royal Mail, and the return cost can be as much as the price of one dress. Additionally, you have to email them for confirmation before posting the item, and then send the receipt again after shipping. It’s far too much work and not worth the effort. If they could simplify and improve their return policy, it would be much better

Dec 18,2024I have used this company for some bridesmaid dresses for a few years ago, so I knew the quality of the material before I purchased my recent Christmas dress. Yes, it came small in my size, so I had to go up a couple of sizes. But once I received the ideal fit, I was extremely happy with the colour, quality and fit of the dress. Only downside was having to pay for the exchange, but it is what it is. Customer service were very helpful and replied to all my emails, which I'm very grateful for. Overall, I am a happy customer and will purchase again in the future.
