Feb 13,2025I was in a wedding where I got to choose my own dress in burgundy. First the site was so easier to navigate. I selected burgundy, long dress, my size so I didn't waste a lot of time looking at dresses that weren't right. The selection was huge but I chose two dresses and they were beautiful. Shipping was within a reasonable time frame. I really loved the dresses......and then the bride changed her mind on the colour one week prior to the wedding!!!! I sent an email requesting a return authorization. The return process was flawless and so simple. Definitely recommend.

Feb 13,2025I needed a green dress for my sister's upcoming formal wedding and was striking out at my local department stores. I found Ever-Pretty online and thought it was too good to be true, with the lower price points and huge variety. I am 50 years old and was looking for a dress that was stylish but not too form-fitting, and that had sleeves. I was pleasantly surprised by how many dresses I found that fit my needs. I chose five dresses to try. They arrived about 10 days after I ordered. They all fit well and were true to size. I found one that was perfect. The other four were fine and good quality, but I only needed one. I needed to return four dresses, and the return process was easy and quick! I followed the website steps for a return and emailed customer service, and they emailed me back in less than 24 hours with the return steps. Return shipping is not included, but that was fine. I returned the dresses via UPS, which were received back at Ever-Pretty the next day (located in my state). I received an email confirmation from Ever-Pretty that my dresses were returned, and the refund was credited to my account. SO EASY. I will absolutely shop with Ever-Pretty again for my formal dress needs.

Feb 13,2025I brought 2 dress to go to paris ..The dress fitted lovely..the other one was too long did not feel good ..sent email to return the dress..the customer service came back to me told me being in clearance sale I could not get my money back..did not notice anything mention this when dress was brought.. So I 29.99 dress do not want.. The postage also 10 pound it's alot

Feb 12,2025The dress was nice enough but the shipping was insanely long, after asking customer service they assured me there was nothing better or faster than the 8 days offered. They did give me option to buy two dresses which was nice of them I suppose. I did find they have a store on Amazon though that offered next day and for less than is on their website. The customer service on the email was poor if I'm being generous. Tye didn't read my emails and just sent back generic copy/paste nonsense, one of which prompted me to write this review.. What I'm saying is: while my product was perfect but from Amazon not the website, itd cheaper, faster, easier to return and you don't have to talk to people that don't read your messages or care about the problem

Feb 11,2025The dress was lovely but too small so I returned it. I paid £7.99 for delivery and £3.75 for returning and then the initial £7.99 was deducted again. I feel it shouldn’t have been deducted as I paid for returns and unfortunately this would discourage me from ordering again.

Feb 11,2025I ordered a dress, it arrived on time. As I had to change the color of the dress I had to return it. So I didn't open the transparent plastic package she was in. She seemed in good condition. I did every step they explained on their site for the return and I got paid back so everything went well. ( I'm French so sorry for my English)

Feb 10,2025Quick delivery time which was great. A beautiful, good quality dress, more suitable for a black tie event or as a bridesmaid dress. I was looking for a Mother of the Bride outfit so I returned it. I know where to come if I'm looking for a posh evening dress. Bit of a delay with receiving email with information on how to return the item.

Bought my 4x bridesmaid dresses from here,so beautiful,so very well made Slight size difference to wot used to in our local shops,needed to exchange for bigger sizes…. Absolute no bother at all,emailed a matter resolved instantly…. Instructions on how to send back within less than a week,bigger sizes required were delivered Definelty will be using this online store again Thank you 😊

Feb 09,2025I have worn 2 bridesmaids dresses from Everpretty and on both occasions dresses were comfortable and no issues with the design or material. Would recommend up sizing as some of the waist bands do not have a stretch. This company has so many dresses and designs, and is now my go to website for my wedding. I have 2 bridesmaids dresses from this site for my wedding, both dresses fit lovely. Speedy delivery and their customer service is very quick. Returned 2 dresses as I ordered 4 in total and received my refund in 2 days.

Feb 06,2025Dresses come up big for the size stated and the returns process is made difficult. They also charge a fee to return items. I know what size I am and was told I needed to take all measurements of the dress and sent it to them before they would consider a return. Personally I would not order again due to stress and cost of returning anything.

Feb 06,2025The dress shipped and arrived extremely quickly, but the one star removal is because it didn't fit. Despite the fact I'm the same size in every other store, these dresses are designed for people who are as flat chested as a board, and I needed a size up. I contacted Ever-Pretty and Sarah helped me return the dress and have a new one shipped out very quickly, so at least the customer service here is great if you do have issues.
