Nov 09,2024No problem with ordering with speedy delivery. Lovely dress with slight imperfections but an alternative was preferred, so returned with no issues and full refund minus postage was processed quickly.

Nov 09,2024I recently bought some custom sized bridesmaid dresses from ever pretty and was pleasantly surprised with how well they fitted the ladies and the material/colour looked much better than expected. I did buy the non custom sized versions of the dress beforehand to check the colour and sizing and would definitely reccomend paying a tiny bit more to get them custom sized as it made such a difference. The material was average quality, but for the price it was excellent value and still looked great in the photos. The customer service was very good throughout - very speedy response to any emails. I did have some issues with customs fees being incorrectly applied, but the service team quickly investigated and sorted the issue.

Nov 09,2024Great first time experience. I ordered two dresses that came in a timely fashion. I did have to return one dress due to the color being not what I expected. You will have to pay for your own return shipping which was stated on their website. I received my refund once the item was returned to business. I will most likely order again from them.

Nov 09,2024First time using this company looking for a dress for a wedding. I had 4 dresses in total. Purchased 2 first which didn't suit me, but the returns process was sleek, quick and straight forward and refund was processed quickly. Second batch of 2 dresses I've found my dress it's perfect, the fit wonderful and the colour is beautiful. I contacted again via webchat to return the other I didn't require and again sleek, quick and straight forward. Each time I have contacted via webchat/email its been such a pleasant and great experience. Working in CS myself I know you don't often hear of the great stuff, so here is mine calling out all the great experiences I've had with these guys !!!! Thank you so much !!!!!

Nov 08,2024I bought a party dress, but I was very dissatisfied when it arrived. The quality of the materials was poor; the dress had a strong synthetic and plastic smell. Given the price, it simply wasn't worth it. I submitted a return request on the same day.

Nov 08,2024Brilliant website. Good pictures video and range of colour cuts and sizes. My party dress arrived and it was perfect. Found a trust worthy company where the clothes match the quality and photo s shown. Highly recommended. I will get any future dresses from here.

Nov 08,2024The delivery was very quick, I had to order a bigger size as dresses do come up small, customer services were very helpful and my refund for the returned dress was very quick. The dress was for a charity ball, I got loads of compliments x

Nov 08,2024Whilst I did return my item, it was only due to size, it was very straight forward, I was sent the address to return to and I was kept updated via email. The dress was very well made and the material was lovely. Unfortunately I struggle with dresses due to bust and waist difference.

Nov 08,2024The selections were good. They quality for the price is amazing! I was impressed that I got such a fabulous dress for less that $100. The return process was easy too. I ordered several styles and sizes and easily returned what didn't work for me.

Nov 08,2024I returned 2 dresses on 8th October, value £100. I sent proof of postage as they requested. By 23rd October I had not had my refund so I emailed to chase. I was told it would now be processed (Why did I need to email to chase?) It is now 7th November and still no refund. How many people return their items and do not check their bank I wonder? So please if you do decide to order and have to return, keep an eye out for the refund. I personally will never use them again.

Nov 07,2024I have liked all of the dresses I have ordered, I had huge compliments with the dress I wore for my son's wedding and even had a friend get the same one in a different color for her daughter's wedding. Exchanges or returns were relatively easy.

Nov 07,2024I was MOB and struggled to find a dress. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars going to a salon so I tried MANY online options. I got ripped off big time from MANY of them unfortunately. I found Ever-pretty and found a dress I loved. I ordered it and decided on a different color. The quality was GREAT so I ordered in another color. I think the cost was under $80 and the dress was beautiful!! When I got the dress it was too small so it was a very easy return and refund. I ended up doing this 3 times. Each time no problem and very quick. My son is getting married in October so now I already know where I can go to purchase my dress. I am a plus size woman and I was very happy with the style I chose. Ty!! Highly recommend Ever-pretty!!

Nov 09,2024I had a great experience with Ever-Pretty. I bought my mother of the bride gown here & I looked great! But I tried several dresses before I found the right one & I lost weight. Returns were quick & easy. I just contacted the company via email, received a reply within a day with their address. Shipped back to them (which I paid & that’s to be expected) and then sent them a photo of the shipping receipt. I received a refund in a couple of days. Shipping to me was free. I think you must return within 3 months though.
