Had to return one, and I found the process very simple and the refund was given in good time. Would definately recommend based on price, quality and customer service.

Nov 12,2024Great service. The dress kooked fabulous for my 50th Birthday Party. The quality and fabric were good fro the price. The dress was too small. New dress was shipped once I sent the proof of purchase. Communication was efficient and civil. Only downside was I had to cover the return postage cost. Most retailers don't charge this. Now I know their sizing I can be smarter when ordering.

Nov 12,2024Very lovely dresses at a reasonable price. Really like the vast range of styles and colours available. I found the returns process as lot less convenient than other online retailers (have to submit a request to return, then you receive a label, then you have to pay a restocking fee if you're sending back a certain number of items etc). The shipping from China was also quite long. The customer service though was excellent with my emails requesting a return label being answered promptly and the emails were polite.

Nov 11,2024I paid for the extra shipping and it took a little longer to arrive. Once the dress arrived it was a very nice dress. Ever-Pretty has issued a partial refund for the shipping and it has been a pleasure to work with the customer service.

Nov 11,2024I ordered a number of dresses but unfortunately they were too small. I was gutted as they were really beautiful dresses, well made, really good quality. customer service team were great, and really helpful. Did get the refund sorted easily too.

Nov 11,2024Bought 2 dresses from here, loved them both - they looked as they did online, the fit was great, the colour was true. Return process was easy, emailed, got instructions, followed them and received my refund all within a reasonable time. It did take a day or so for my emails to be answered, but no big deal.

Nov 11,2024Struggled with deciding what size I should order, using the measurement guide for bust/waist, meant I'd have been a wide range of sizes, read a review that said order a size up, which I did. No info/update on delivery as it wasn't in English, but did arrive quite quick. Zip is very stiff at the belt/empire line, at one point I got stuck and the zip wasn't fully up, needed help with the zip when trying the dress on, and they found it to be quite stiff and difficult, managed to get it on eventually, and it fit perfect. I'm 180cm and it touches my ankles. Lovely fabric, beautiful colour.

Nov 10,2024Dresses were nice. However should have read the small print. I ordered around 10 dresses so I had lots of options for an upcoming event - little did I know at the time it would cost a fortune to send most back (as they have a percentage of 10-15% of the whole order value depending on how many you return). To the point where I kept 1 extra dress for the sake of it so I didn’t go up from 10 to 15% (or whatever it was I can’t remember). on top of that it took longer then I expected to arrive so was too late for that specific event! When spending over £400 on dresses you’d expect far better service. The dress I bought turned from £50 to £100 when you add the return charges and postage up. Very disappointing and won’t be recommending to anyone.

Nov 10,2024Their sizing is a little different than Canadian sizing but as long as you measure yourself, you’re good. I’m usually a 14 but sized up to an 18 due to the material and they were fantastic about the exchange and the whole process. The colours and materials are as pictured and the dress designs and styles are exactly what you see. I will buy future dresses from here and now own 4 of their dresses myself. I 10/10 would recommend, the cost and quality you just can’t beat.

Nov 10,2024Ordered dresses from Wallis didn’t realise they were not Wallis dresses a. Nothing states you have to pay for RE-STOCKING . Sending items back is an absolute joke . Having to try and get items back in stating labels facing, tags showing . Dresses were crumpled beyond wearing . You also have to send proof you have returned 🤷♀️🤷♀️. I couldn’t find anyway of sending back and had to email . They send you a label but beware you can’t alter the sizing of the label . Very very confusing. Why don’t they just send a returns label with your package. Think it’s made difficult so you give up and don’t return items .

Nov 10,2024Fantastic service from this company and the dresses are amazing You do have to pay for returns which is only £4.99 for 24hr tracked, but the dresses are so reasonably priced that I personally feel this is very fair. The dresses were delivered in great time and the refund was sent 3 days after returning unwanted dresses. I had to size up 2 sizes so would suggest buying 3 different sizes as it really is simple to return. Was really sceptical about using Ever Pretty but now I cannot recommend them enough. You won’t be disappointed

Au niveau de la taille, il faut bien prendre en considération les mesures indiquées dans le tableau.Vraiment pas déçue , merci À Ever pretty

Nov 10,2024I ended up loving one of the dresses I bought for a wedding, it fit perfectly. I returned the other dresses and was refunded promptly. Of note, follow the return instructions exactly as they’re given. Once returned, I emailed them the tracking and they refunded me once received. Definitely recommend and will purchase again.

Nov 12,2024I can not recommend Everpretty enough! Their bridemaod dresses are really reasonable prices but of great quality too and my bridesmaids have a said how comfortable they feel. Also I have to say the communication between myself and customer service has been great, I have had to exchange a few dresses due to size a few times and although I had to pay for return postage the exchanges were smoothly dealt with and straight forward. An amazing retailer and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you
