Nov 15,2024I was not sure what I was looking for so I ordered a selection of dresses. They were all very pretty and well made. I did find them a little on the small size. I ordered the next size up and that fitted beautifully. The returns process was fairly easy to navigate. I found using email was easier than the chat. I didn't find what I was looking for this time but will probably use them for my bridesmaids. The delivery time was very good. Response times for emails was very prompt.

Nov 15,2024That dress, was THE BEST dress I ever wore in my life, exactly for my body. Excellent 👌 then the service was great. I had order 2 different sizes and one of them I have to return and I had my refund back for no more than 3 days. Thank you very much . I will recommend to my friends too ☺️

Nov 15,2024I have used Everpretty for all 6 of my bridesmaids dresses. Now unfortunately I ordered 3 that were either wrong for my girls or the wrong size. However, the support for getting them returned and refunded was fantastic!! So far we have got 4 out of the 6 dresses now and we are still browsing for the other 2! We can’t wait to see what they are like.

Nov 15,2024I ordered two matching dresses from Debenhams from Ever Pretty. They arrived promt. The dresses were stunning but were not right for what I wanted and were too long too. Trying to work out how to return was a bit trickier but after a chat with an online helper I returned both dresses without any hiccups. Great service.

Nov 15,2024Absolutely beautiful quality of dress, unfortunately I had a change of circumstances and was unable to wear it. I emailed the company and they were so helpful and offered me to return the dress for a refund. I would absolutely recommend this company for quality of the clothing but for the fantastic customer service. I will definitely buy from this company again

Nov 14,2024I misjudged the right size of the dress and thankfully Ever Pretty allows the customers to exchange, which works great for me! They explain very well the steps needed to get a product exchanged and Khalil made the process very easy with fast and clear replies! Sheryl let me know they got my return really fast, which I believe shows how dedicated this customer service team is to their customers! Rocill was really kind to express the teams gratitude for choosing their company! Overall, had a great experience with them!

Nov 14,2024Although the returns process isn't as easy as other brands (e.g. no returns label provided in your parcel), I did find Ever Pretty very helpful and quick to communicate on email. My return and refund was processed quickly and efficiently. Happy with the service and quick delivery, despite not being happy with the product. If you have a longer torso, their dresses sit very high on the body and end up looking more like an empire line dress.

Nov 13,2024The quality of the dresses for the cost was was unexpected. The fit was pretty standard. I had a small problem with one dress I received with a stain but didn't end up keeping it as it was not what I was looking for. The return process was straight forward and communication was great. I will definitely be using them again.

Nov 13,2024The company's customer service is phenomenal. They responded quickly to all my emails and they were so sweet about everything. The dress I ordered came in very quickly too which was honestly surprising. The only thing I was upset about was the top of the dress was wrap style and the front was closed with just a thread so i returned it out of fear of an embarrassing moment occurring if I wore the dress. Other than that it was a beautifully made dress and was the perfect fit. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Nov 13,2024The dress wasn't suitable for my event when it arrived, so I asked to return it. The returns process wasn't straightforward, or automated - it took a bit longer than other companies in the UK (return address was in Wiltshire so not overseas shipping) - but did eventually come through.

Nov 13,2024The dress itself is absolutely gorgeous and I'm really happy with it, HOWEVER be prepared if you need to return anything. Firstly their sizing is way off, go up 2 sizes if you want to have any chance of it fitting first time, definitely check the measurements on the sizing chart, I had to message them and found a chart on a another listing of the same dress, it was just listed with a different title. I ordered 2 dresses as I wasn't sure which colour to go for and so accepted I would be returning one. The return process is detailed, specific and you must email a copy of your tracking receipt, which is fair enough, they need to be able to keep track of returns and have proof people have actually returned items they say they have. BUT this is where they fail completely, Firstly they are supposed to send you an email confirming receipt of your return, its sent back royal mail 48hour tracked, but if you don't get the email you have to wait 10 working days before you can chase them up for it, which I had to do. Secondly having got the confirmation email you have to wait a further 10 working days for your refund, again you can't chase until this time has passed and yes I had to chase it, Thirdly having had to chase my refund, I had to wait a further 5 working days before they sent another email 'confirming receipt of my return' and advising my refund would be with me in 5 to 7 days, at this point my patience was wearing thin and after 5 days I was geared up to go to my bank to get my money back, thankfully the refund did then appear on my card without having to do this. Just be prepared for a 2 month constant chase back and forth if you need a return and refund.

Nov 15,2024The dress I originally ordered came in and was a little too small for me. When I contacted customer service they were so nice and helpful! As soon as I mailed the original dress back and provided them with a tracking number they sent out my new size. Everything was expedited swiftly and I was provided with a new tracking number. My new size gets here today. Thank you so much for making this so easy.
