I would have given this a 4 or 5 star rating if their customer service department had live personnel to help answer questions., I did my research following all the protocols set forth by the UK.GOV website and the labs they list (yes, none of the labs listed on the gov site have been vetted by the government) nonetheless, I went with EverythingGenetic because they work with other reputable companies. I ordered 3 tests for my son 3 weeks prior to him traveling from NY to London. All the kits arrived on day 2. Day 2 results were received quickly, a 24 hour turnaround. Day 5 (test to release) results were delayed by 1 day, you pay extra for this test and when we did not receive the results when we expected, I called several times waited over 50 minutes only to get a recording, I also e-mailed and no one answered, but we eventually got the results well past the 48 hour mark. Day 8 results were delayed, and I receive an e-mail that the results have been delayed due to the Royal Mail - they were working with the postal service on getting the sample back for testing and offered to send us a new free test kit. I responded back requested a refund for the Day 8 test, it seemed reasonable to make the request if they were willing to send a "Free Test Kit" then we would prefer a refund...miraculously, we received the results later that day and an e-mail stating that no refunds will be given as they were within their 48hr limit. Their website is pretty straightforward and easy to order the kits, it's just nice to have the human touch when people are trying to navigate this process especially if one is traveling from abroad and need extra information not stated on their web site. I feel this company fulfilled their services, albeit with delays and the bare minimum customer service. If I have to do this all over again, I will do more research and go by TrustPilot reviews, something I did not know was available for this purpose.
We booked our day 2 & 8 tests as well as test to release kits from everything genetic. The day 2 & 8 tests took about 48 hours to receive results after the labs had received the kits. However the test to release result came back within 10 hours of being received by the lab! Amazing and meant we could be released on day 6. I have rated 4 stars as it was very expensive £380 in total for 2 people - if you could make the cost slightly lower I would 100% use this company again.

Test kits arrived late to start our day 2 test, late in receiving results and when I rang and was answered by an answering machine twice and told I would be called back, no return call. Very poor customer service
The Company says on the website that they process samples when the lab receives the post and they give a result after 12-36 hours. My sample was delivered on Tuesday at 8:53 (tracked on Royal Mail website) so results would have been at hand the latest by 20:53 on Wednesday evening. As there were no results after 48 hours I contacted Costumer Service. After 55 minutes of painful waiting on the line I was advised by the operator that they only processed my sample on Wednesday evening and I still need to wait for my results. This is NOT what they advertise. All these COVID tests are a rip off - costing around 70-100 GBP/tests (whilst it is - even with margin! - around 40GBP abroad - I had to do test before flying back to UK) - and the Company can not provide a reliable service. Poor and disappointing - no value for money.
I paid for both a fit to fly and a day-2 test for two people. For neither of these tests did i get the results back and this meant I had to last minute book a walk in test, leaving me stressed and short for time before my trip abroad. Do not use this service!
This has been one of the worst and most stressful experiences of my life. This company is a joke. I cannot find a better word to describe them. An expensive joke. Their customer service is one of the worst and least helpful ever. Even their automatic answer system makes fun of you by offering a CALL BACK service that doesn’t exist. I used it twice and never received a call back. If I am lucky and I get to talk to somebody, the waiting time is always around 45 minutes/1 hour. And the people I talked to (3 different ones) have no clue of what’s happening. This is my experience with them First email I send an email asking some questions regarding the whole process. Never received an answer back. First call I get in touch because I realise I have inserted the wrong barcode in their system and there is no way for me to amend that. Waiting time at the phone 45 minutes. The girl says she can’t do anything and that she will let the IT team know about this and that she will put a note in the system to let everyone know about the wrong code. When I check over the next few days, nothing had changed and the wrong code was still there. Second call I send back my TEST TO RELEASE kit on my 5th day, but on my 8th I am still waiting to receive a message or email with my result. I called somebody and after one hour I explain again the situation with the wrong code and the the new girl said no notes were left under my account and that she had no idea why my result for TTR wasn’t sent out yet. She PROMISED she would call me back as soon as she finds out. I NEVER heard from her again. Third call This is my 10th day and still I don’t have any result for my TTR which at this point defeats the purpose of the test itself as I'm still quarantining due to the late result, so I call again and this time, and after another hour of waiting in the queue I get talk to a guy and I ask for a refund for a TTR I never received. He told me that it’s their policy not to refund people who have open the KITS. I explained that the refund is based on not having the result I paid for, not about the Kit. Nothing. Because I opened it I cannot claim a refund. Despite them PROMISING A RESULT WITHIN 36 HOURS on their website. He PROMISES again he would let his manager know and that they would get in touch with me. Guess what? NOTHING. Long story short. I paid for a TTR result. Which I was supposed to received within 36 hours from the day I send it out (the 5th one) and in the end I received nothing, no result, a lot of empty promises and no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The Government website shouldn't allow these SCAMS to keep doing such a poor job and steal money from people.
The service works but only just. The results are far to slow in coming back, in my case 43 hours after the lab received the sample, plus the 24 hours for royal mail. Almost 3 days. Don't bother trying to call or email the customer service !!!!!

We brought 6 tests from this company (2 lots of day 2,5&8). The tests came late even though we ordered 2 weeks before our holiday and put the dates we would need to take them on in. Results were inconsistently late even though we both posted them at the same time from the same postbox. We’ve been back 2 weeks now and I still have never received my day 5 test to release results so that was a total waste of money. When calling staff weren’t particularly helpful and obviously blamed the post. There’s no communication to say if the lab have your swab or not yet. Really disappointing service and I wouldn’t use this company again, especially after hearing about other people’s experiences.
Probably took 33-36 hours - rather last minute - may I suggest a logging system where the lab can send an SMS just to say "recieved and being processed" - could save time and nerves. Still, the pack and instructions were good.
The tests got delivered to my house in good time but the results have taken ages to come through. I booked a test 72hours before I travelled and used priority mailbox and ended up having to get another test because the results didnt come through. Finally got them a day after I had arrived on holiday. Same for my return tests, still waiting for my day 2 results 3 days later
Brought a covid day 5 test to release kit. Took the test on day five 05.06.21 and have just received the results today!! (23.06.21) I lost time at work due to the late results and not being able to break isolation on day 5. Awful customer service, very hard to get hold of anyone. Emails not responded to. Stay away from this company!
The online registration is easy and brief. My test kit arrived on time and was delivered to the hotel where I stayed. Result came back within expected time. I will use Everything Genetic again.
I paid for a Day 2 and Day 8 test, but only received a Day 2 test. I sent urgent messages to have my Day 8 test sent to me, but no one from Everything Genetic ever replied to me via my voicemails that I left, nor did they return any emails that I sent to their contact address. I believe that this firm is a fraud, and only processes one test, and does not process the second test, hoping that the unwitting victim does not complain about paying for 100% of the kit, and only receiving 50%. I formally filed a claim against this company with American Express (the card I paid with), and Amex refunded me half of what I paid. Anyone with a serious interest in ensuring that they do not have the virus after returning from abroad - avoid Everything Genetic. Shame on this company.
The results from the Day 2 test never showed up.
The online forms didn't work properly, had to be done twice before the test was released. Got the test on day 6, result on day 9, so thanks for saving me 1 day of quarantine. Total joke, and not at all worth the money and the hassle. They also have conflicting info on their website, leaflet and sign in page. Website doesn't mention you have to fill out forms to release tests, it tells you tests are sent automatically upon purchase. Not true, you have to enter your details into a dodgy system that doesn't process correctly and will likely delay the dispatch of your test. When I finally got the test the leaflet that came with it said the test was registered automatically. Also not true. You have to register it online before they send your results. All in all, most useless money I ever spent.
I ordered a day 5 test to release which came on time However I took the test on day 5 and we are now on day 9 and I have yet to receive me results. This is an absolute waste of money and my time. The whole point of the test to release is to get it on time To not quarantine whereas now it’s already going to be day 10 so there is no point. I have called them several times with wait time of over an hr. I definitely will be asking for a refund for this terrible service!
The service provided was hopeless. We ordered the 5 day test on day 3. It was delivered to us on day 6 and we returned it the same day and we didn’t get the result until day 11 and this was after emailing several times. A complete waste of money.

Their contsct number and email are a joke, never answered to any. How come they are listed on Gov website it's a mistery.
