I know of 4 separate instances where everything genetic has messed up orders. Twice with late results (to which we weren't even notified when they finally had arrived - had to check the site on our own accord). They advertise their service as giving results in *FROM when the sample is RECEIVED * meaning they could receive your sample a week after you've sent it and you would still not be entitled to money back. Another time the samples never even arrived and they issued a refund after many calls to automated systems. Another was 2 hour hold on the line only to be hung up as soon as we reached the front of the queue! DO NOT fall for the cheaper prices. I wish I had fully experienced their service before recommending to others - lots of money and stress could have been prevented.

Very high price for two tests! I was charged twice for the same tests. When we emailed we received no answer- horrible customer service. I received no reply regarding my testing It doesn’t cost anything to text the results

I ordered my day 2 test 6 days before I was due to return from abroad, giving 8 days before I really needed it. It finally arrived nearly a week after me, which was really useless, especially given the situation! I also had to chase it by email. When my test finally arrived, I took it immediately. I didn't receive any notification of my results being ready. While I appreciate the test being relatively cheap, it was definitely a negative experience. I will say that the customer service was good. They responded quickly to my emails and were polite. Reference number 4183

I ordered my test to release 5th day to shorten my self isolation.I ordered on 23 of May with my travel day on 24 of May. My 5th day of self isolation was on Sat 29th.From Wednesday 26 l tried to contact.I sent a few emails. E.G. shipped my test on Saturday 29. It was Sunday and Bank holiday so I received the test on Tuesday. They ruined my plans. I have my money back but they didn't apologize.

Scam company. REFUND MY MONEY. I lost my flight because you haven’t provided my COVID TEST , still today I am waiting. Called all day long and sent 25 emails . I had to buy a new flight ticket and another covid test. I have made an official complaint to you to be said I don’t have Google Chrome. You should be joking. I have tried all the operative systems known. YOU ARE A SCAM. Any other company would have refunded me already. Dishonest people!

3915 To be honest I was very disappointed as I paid almost £60 to be able to release early so I could return to work. I did the test on the Monday and sent off on the same day. I did not get results until 5pm on the Thursday so I could not return to work and lost 2 days money as a result. I also phoned on 3 occasions and it took 2 days for someone to call back. I do appreciate you are busy but not good experience for me sorry

I would give zero stars if I could. My tests never arrived and I had to rush to find another provider for my day 2 test (I flew in from a country on the green list). It's been almost a month, they have my receipt number and Royalmail tracking code, but I haven't heard from them nor have I received a refund... "Please provide more details"?! Where? Here publicly?! I've already called you and sent you emails and nobody ever got back to me

Purchased two Covid day 2 and day 8 tests. One arrived perfectly and the other didn’t arrive until day 6. So did both tests around the same time, so totally pointless. I thought the tests were incredibly overpriced and it is all part of trying to make as much money as possible during a tough time.

The test kits arrived in the post on day 4 - so we took the day 2 test on day 4. We then took the day 8 test on the same day and sent both back in the post on day 9. It's now a full 2 weeks after we sent the tests back and to date we have not heard whether our result was a positive or negative outcome. The first communication is this request to spend 5 mins of my time writing a review.

I won’t suggest to anyone to use this company,I pay for my test and I haven’t received my results not even after 1 month,this company must likely scams.

A 2 day test arrived 3 days after i got back in the country having been ordered 7 days prior. I am still yet to receive a text or email (as promised) with my results from said test

I needed to go to the United States for a June wedding and needed to book my Fit to Fly and days 2 and 8 tests. I needed some help with the Fit to Fly test and got excellent advice and support from Shannon, who was answering the email for Everything Genetic Ltd. She was very helpful and gave me peace of mind. The test results came through very quickly, which was also very reassuring.

I tried to register my COVID Testing kit but I received an error message that the serial number is invalid. I tried to call the customer service number for 2 days but I never received a call back, I also left 2 messages. In addition I filled out the online form and even sent an email, also in these cases no response. I reported them to NHS. Please choose another provider to avoid what happened to me, they are very unreliable and irresponsible. Thinking that I am leaving my health in their hands, it makes me shiver.

Very unreliable and irresponsible company!!! After paying for the kits well in advance you'll be waiting for them for a long time... Just to receive an email in the end one day before your flight back home that they are being posted. Non-existing customer service. I've tried to call them multiple times, once for 2 hours - with no response. No answer to repeated e-mails either. The worst part - they don't provide an individual tracking number in advance and you will not be able to complete without it the government's locator form. I was forced to buy another test online in the airport from a different company to have just to have a working tracking number. And in the end, only 2 members of our family out of 4 received a confirmation report by email that the test result was negative.

I emailed 3 times & rang twice - there was no option to leave a message but I was promised a call back; that never happened. The emails were returned as there was work being done on the postbox so basically no way of getting in touch. No acknowledgement of the swab being received so really poor communication on every front.
