Very disappointed with your service. The test arrived on time however didn’t get any email from you with the test result. I had to call you; was 17 on queue (more then 40 minutes wait) just to have the link for the test result. Not the service I expected to have. Paid £59 for the test. Drora Rothschild

The kit I ordered arrive on time and then another kit arrived which I hadn't ordered. I wrote an email asking to return it for a refund but this was denied. My day 2 test result arrived on time but my day 8 test result was delayed by 5days. I had to contact the NHS line to get an NHS test in the interim.

They didn't send me any test kit and when I contacted them for refund instead of replying they emailed me a pdf certificate with the day8 test result. How they got that without a sample? Good question. It's really sad how some companies make incredibly easy money of the circumstances.

I didn’t ever get a message saying the test had been received by the lab (test the release). I emailed and called and no one came back to me. I then waited on hold for 40 mins or so to speak to someone. Eventually I did speak to someone - to be fair she was extremely helpful. Despite posting my test almost 48 hours previously, the lab had no record of it that she could see. I needed that test to be able to go and get my children from school. She said she would call back at lunch time when she had answer. She did do that - she was a lifesaver. The lab did have my test (just hadn’t been logged) and she had my negative result for me. I have no idea what went wrong, but thank god for the lady I spoke to. This system has to work - people need to know the swab is where it needs to be and will be processed as soon as received as people are buying these tests in good faith so they can get on with their lives. She (customer service lady) was great. Process didn’t work. And call centre needs more support so people don’t wait 40 mins for a response

I paid for a day 5 Test to release Test which arrived early, and although it took a couple of days to process, it was over the weekend, so understandable. Good, reliable service! Plus it was all automated and results could be accessed online. Good set up! So much better than the other company I bought day 2 and 8 tests from. One month on, and I still haven’t received the results! So we’ll done to Everything Genetics, they delivered!

Ref: 4541. I am now at the end of my isolation and still have not received my “early release” results so in response to the email NO they did not “do a great job”. This has caused a great inconvenience to me as I have had to postpone my start date as a newly qualified nurse. When I wrote an email to explain my situation the manager “Reef Spry” he was unhelpful and told me I am not eligible for a refund. After contacting customer service several times (an hour wait each time) I was told mismatched information on why my results didn’t arrive, they even blamed the Royal Mail on one of the excuses. However, one advisor informed me yesterday that I am due a refund (still awaiting this) as there was an issue with all tests sent on the 17th. I should have been notified of this information so I could have arranged an alternative test. The whole experience of this test has been stressful and I never received the service I paid for so I recommend looking elsewhere for an early release test.

The results were too slow to be useful. Days late. The results were not texted or emailed to the client. The process was very unclear and the help line went unanswered. Messages left on VM were never responded to. Ended up paying again for a local private testing service which was excellent. I feel I am owed a refund.

Return PCR test sent after the event, no PL ref until I was onboard the aircraft, did my return test, sent it to the lab, still no response, don't know if I am negative or positive. I would like a full refund.

I have not received the tests yet and I am getting an email to review their service(?). I need to do my day 2 test in 4 days: it is quite nerve wracking to not have that already waiting for me in my home.

Terrible service. The knew perfectly my UK arrival date and the fact that there was a bank holiday in between. The 2 kits (Amber List and Test-to-release) were delivered late and the latter became useless, delaying my job starting date and causing me an economic damage. Countless hours spent waiting on the phone for someone from Customer Service to pick up, as well as 2 emails requesting the negotiation of a refund - given my loss of salary because of their delay - proved useless and my request went unanswered. This company has no idea how to do business and what customer service is. Complete rip off.

ref 3808 V v poor customer service.As you say it is a compulsory purchase and there is no peace of mind. Three times I called the phone number before I got through. I also sent a few emails which were ignored. it was not made clear that the result would be in the portal and not even emailed to me.

Tests were late, never received result communicated to us and the customer service was terrible. Avoid!

I had to spend £140 on a private emergency Covid test because the Covid test I ordered from Everything Genetic did not get delivered at all. I got a £60 refund from them , however it still lost me £80.

Please avoid this company at all costs. We never received our day 5 (test to release) results. Nobody answers the phone or emails.
