My test on day 5 arrived on time, but I was waiting for results 4 days. Waste of money, never order from your company again.
I have been sent a link to complete another feedback which I am doing as this is another example of poor customer service, almost nonexistent. Poor communication. Paid for an invalid test as sample was received late and still processed, did not receive results and have not received a refund. Ref: 3778
I bought a day 5 test to release, which arrived late on day 7 !!!! , I did it anyway. To get my results, I kept calling and chasing the company many times, very difficult to reach, a queue of over 20 people waiting every time I rang, when you opt for a "call back" NO one calls back.After all the hustle my result was lost in the post ! of course by then I completed the 10 days isolation period.I was refunded. Absolutely APPALLING service.I do not recommend it to anyone.
I ordered my Test to Release which arrived on time. My day 5 was on Saturday on which day I did the test and sent it by post as instructed. I did not receive my results until Tuesday, which was 4 days later. This means that I stopped my quarantine on day 8 so there was not much point on getting the Test to Release. I tried to call Everything Genetic a few times without success. I was on the line for over an hour each time and at the end I was getting an automated message that they would call me back. They never did. Terrible service, I would not use them again.
The process has been very smooth and to time. Results came within the 36 hours promised. If for the five-day test they could come on the day you receive the sample, that would be a great help.
Fantastic! Effortless! Definitely recommend and would like to take this opportunity to highlight that your company is one of those listed on Gov.uk website, and the importance of such. I had an awful experience, horrendous, unbelievable, ( not enough synonyms..) with Collinson Group, so I know how it could have gone wrong and anticipated the absolute worst after dealing with them, but was so pleasantly surprised and relieved by your professional, speedy and affordable service. Thank you so much, it was a dream after everything I went through with Collinson Group.
Was really hard to contact support I asked for a call back 4 times, no one got in touch. 2nd day test went well results quite quickly. 8th day test I didn't hear back. I called was on hold for 30mins got told the result wasn't available and someone would call me back the next day they never did. I the mean time I did a test from another provider as needed to be out of quarantine at an extra cost to me.
Despite the day 2 test arriving at Everything genetic on 3 June 21 no test result or an answer to 3 e mails chasing and now requesting a refund have been provided. An appalling service.
I ordered a 2 day test, 5 day test and 8 day test. All test kits were delivered in good time. Instructions were very clear. Day 2 test result was returned to me via email within the stated time and it was negative. 5 day test result was taken on a Saturday morning but the result was delayed due to the weekend postal system so I received this result on the Monday afternoon and it was negative. I was unable to post the 8 day test as I was only in the UK for 8 days and even though I took the test on the morning of day 8 I was in Heathrow airport and there are no post boxes in airports that accept packages like this. I will use this company again as their process is very efficient
Everything has worked really well except trying to get through to someone on the phone when needed. But I will definitely use this company again after a really bad experience with another company.
I pre bought a Day 2 test, which duly arrived and I sent it back in the post. That was 29th May and it is now 22nd June and I have not yet received my results by email as was promised. I have phoned at least 3 times and have been told that someone will return my call, which has not yet happened. I have emailed and have not had a reply. I paid for this service and it has not been completed. I can't fault the provision of the test or the process, but where are my results? Surely the whole point of the exercise. Edit I have since found the results on their site in my account which were posted on 2/6/21, but I did not receive an email or a reply to my queries until I posted this review.
Didn’t get my day 5 results until day 8. Do not book with Everything Genetic if you want an efficient test to release service, it’s not worth it at all.
I used this company for my day 2 and day 8 Covid tests. Unfortunately the reference that was provided was not accepted on the government locator website form and the company failed to return my calls when requested. The day 2 test arrived in day 5. All this meant that it was quite a stressful experience. On the positive side having sent the tests back unused (at my own expense) I did receive a full refund. I think the company would probably be ok but was overwhelmed with orders. Reviewed ref 5046

I was never told that I would receive my results in the portal and it wasn't until emailing and calling multiple times that I was made aware that my results were available on Day 13. HORRIBLE customer service! I travel frequently and am telling everyone not to use your service.

I would recommend. Test kits and results were sent on time. Only had 1 delay with being unable to download one of the reports, which caused some inconvenience.
[Update on 11 August] Failed by Everything Genetic again - I didn't heard from them after their message here in mid-June. Really not a trustworthy company! I was traveling from Hong Kong back to the UK in May and I've purchased the day 2 and day 8 COVID test kits. When I was checking in my flight, the airline staff asked for the confirmation email of my COVID test of which I have never received from Everything Genetic. The staff also questioned my DHSC Booking Reference number, which didn't match with the UK government's requirement of 5 alphabets and 7 numeric figures. Accordingly, I was not allowed to check-in my flight. While I've tried contacting Everything Genetic through email and phone call but in vain, I've no choice but to book another COVID test from another provider. Since I've arrived to the UK, I've asked for full refund from Everything Genetic. I still haven't got any feedback from them for over a month now. I definitely not suggest to purchase any COVID testing kid from Everything Genetic. [Ref no. 4600]

Jun 22,2021We had a generally good experience. My husband and I booked test together but his test was sent separately and went astray! A quick call and another was shipped out right away. Great! We took the test and sent them in but his results came back long before mine. We wish we could have been grouped together. We also wished there wasn’t a delay over the weekend, that added to a long quarantine.
