I am still awaiting for a response to my request. I also wrote a reminder a few days ago but still no response. So not overly impressed to be honest. Further to your response. I did as you suggested and emailed directly, to which i have received no response. My initial e- mail was 10th Sept. I have now sent 3 e-mails and had no communication. You did suggest that i might hear something on the 3rd October but that wasn`t the case. Can you suggest how we might get in touch with this company? Regards
It's OK a bit hard waiting on pass numbers and trying to put them in most time it says didn't work

Easy to use and navigate
On initial registration 1/07/2022, I experienced some difficulty to register. I contacted "Evolve Pensions Administration", and had it sorted the same day.
Hadn’t logged in for a long time. Great on-line portal
I have emailed 4 times asking about this pension that I haven't set up. They haven't sent me any log in details or anything.
Getting responses is very slow Bad trouble loggin in Finding information not easy
Terrible customer service. Either don’t reply to correspondence or take forever to reply. When they do it is with useless information which only serves to put you at the end of the admin queue again. So glad I gave transferred out - unfortunately my new employer uses them so will have to go through the terrible experience again
Feel managing of pension is poor and to change plan and charge more is not appropriate
